Fraudulent company
I ordered an entryway bench. The website said free 2 to 4 day shipping. On the fourth day I received an email that my order had left the warehouse. The next week I asked for the shipping information since I never received anything. Stephanie explained that the orders are made to order so it takes some time, even though the email clearly stated that the package already left the warehouse. I reached out again to ask for information and never heard back. I did a little bit more research and found out that this company has conflicting reviews. I also found that the item I ordered is actually a Better Homes and Gardens Bench that used to be sold at Walmart. The pictures are exactly the same. I believe this company is fraudulent. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to receive a refund since the company stopped answering. I have screenshots of all communication, communications and pictured bench from Walmart.

“No questions asked” return policy is a…
“No questions asked” return policy is a lie. I initiated a return same day item was delivered. They responded asking why I wanted to return, then made me send pictures of the item to “confirm its condition”, then asked if I’d want a partial refund (no), and now they are “waiting to confirm the shipping address” for me to return. This has been going on for a week. I will soon be contacting my credit card company.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! Took two months to receive the light fixture that arrived in a damaged package missing part. Emailed detailed information and photos to company. They said parts would be sent that was 3 months ago. DO NOT ORDER FROM BO-HA!!!

So smooth an expensive
I bought two wall sconces for our halfway and had nothing and had nothing but smooth sailing right from the get-go. The pictures on the website made it very easy to choose the color, the checkout process was smooth and hassle free, and regular updates during delivery kept me informed throughout. All the parts of both fixtures were delivered safely packed. After installation, the soft light and elegant brass detailing added a whole new dimension to the room without being overpowering at all. I even had a question regarding the bulbs, which was answered by customer service in no time at all.

Poor quality, disappointing customer service
To start with we got absolutely no shipping information, we were told once the item left the warehouse would. Surprised they turned up at all. Initial inspection was they were ok, but questionable quality. The items remained boxed whilst waiting for electrician. There were Issues with install and one light was bent and doesn’t sit straight. Customer service offered us a “small discount” of another purchase. We asked for a refund and were told no as it was outside the 30 days.
