Really disappointed with my experience
Really disappointed with my experience. I purchased a pair of patent leather loafers, and they were uncomfortable from the very first wear. They repeatedly caused painful blisters and bleeding on the back of my feet, so I could only wear them a few times. Despite this, the loafers quickly lost their shape and developed noticeable creasing and deformation. Considering the price, I expected much better quality. I contacted customer service, but instead of offering any real help, I was repeatedly told that the leather would eventually stretch and mould to my feet. Overall, a very disappointing experience with both the quality of the shoes and the customer service. I definitely won’t be purchasing from this brand again.

My items came so fast all the way to Canada. The quality was fantastic. I ordered two sizes and the return process for the pair I sent back was effortless. I will definitely be ordering from Bobbies again.

Happy with my Bobbies! 🎉
I was really happy when my package from Bobbies arrived. The packaging was beautiful, and the sandals came in a lovely box. But most importantly, the sandals are incredibly comfortable. I can easily wear them all day without any discomfort. Everything about my experience was perfect, from the packaging to the quality and comfort of the sandals. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Love the shoes
Love the shoes, though one style I had to send back as they’re designed for extremely slender ankles, not average sized ones. Only a 4 star because delivery is rather slow by today’s standards having taken over a week, & I didn’t realise they were coming from France. I was getting worried as I wanted to wear them to a wedding, but they arrived just in time. Quality very good though & would definitely consider buying from the company again.
