Bike came broken they will not exchange but have said they will send a part for me to fix stay well away from this company they are not a good company I very rude I’m seventy one and they expect me to fix there shoddy workmanship I will be contacting my solicitors don’t buy

Ho acquistato la bici elettrica BW-T16 Pro della quale sono soddisfattissimo ed entusiasta.E' piccola e grintosa la uso in un paese di montagna e se la cava a meraviglia anche nelle salite.Durante l'utilizzo ho avuto un problema alla ruota posteriore e il servizio clienti mi ha aiutato con estrema professionalità e pazienza .Mi hanno fornito filmati e foto che mi hanno permesso di rimontare la ruota in sicurezza.Servizio clienti oltre i 5 stelle. Warning: Unauthorized use of minor's image and zero ethics
I am writing this to warn other parents and content creators about this company’s total lack of professional ethics and disregard for UK privacy laws. This company utilized imagery of my 14-year-old daughter and my family for global commercial marketing for nearly 10 months without any signed contract, Model Release, or Licensing Agreement. Even after being served a formal 24-hour notice to remove the content, they failed to comply, continuing to profit from a minor's image willfully. They have ignored all formal attempts to settle unauthorized usage fees and have now gone completely silent. We will officially move this to the Scottish Civil Courts (Simple Procedure) for a £5,000 claim regarding the commercial exploitation of a child's privacy and intellectual property theft. This will also end up on our channel itself If you value your family's privacy and want to deal with a company that follows basic legal standards, look elsewhere. Absolute lack of integrity
