The services offered for the price are unbeatable. The tech support service is very polite and helpful. I took away one start because one of my support ticket requests was not addressed over the weekend, (which is when I have time to work on side projects), but was answered on Monday. Unlimited plan is unlimited with the exception of inode count restrictions (not mentioned, you gotta dig to find it). I never hit it, but you cannot exceed 100,000 inodes (files) without being throttled. Once I learned this, all I had to do was move all the small thumbnail images over to a bunny.net CDN solution that only runs $1 per month. Keep up the good work BonoHost!!

Lifetime package scam
Dont expect that you will get support 5 day's i cant use it and no support because an issue in the terminal.

Bought it last year, and when I bought the lifetime deal from StackSocial there is no mention of buying a domain as a prerequisite. I think it's a recently added new rule. But I bought a domain, because anyway I need a domain, and as long as I know that keeping the domain will make sure the lifetime deal will be working, it's worthy for me. I have bad experience with lifetime hosting deal went rug-pull, so I understand they need to have at least a domain to keep sustaining the whole "lifetime" deal, I'm fine with it.

I have used Bonohost as my backup server for five years. Whenever I had questions or encountered technical issues, their support team always replied promptly and fixed problems efficiently. The service has been consistently reliable, and their pricing is reasonable. I have grown to fully trust this provider over the years, and I am now planning to migrate all my websites to Bonohost. In my opinion, an honest and reputable company like them truly deserves to thrive. Like many other users, I would also like to mention that the service I originally purchased as a lifetime plan was switched to a paid subscription after five years with no prior notice. I was quite shocked when I received the billing notice. Fortunately, after contacting customer support, I learned that they offer a yearly renewal extension. You just need to reach out to their team before your current service period expires each year. I completely understand the company’s adjustment to its service policy. For one thing, this change helps cut down on inactive accounts to free up server resources for new users. For another, we all value affordable hosting, but stability matters far more.

I've been using this company since April 2021, and I haven't encountered any problems with them at all. They are very cooperative, although there might be a slight delay in responding to inquiries, but it's never more than a day or a few hours. I can honestly say I recommend this company.
