Unfair Treatement Blocking My Card.
Unfair Treatement Blocking My Card It all started after around feb 2026 I cancelled my insurance policy, and didn't get unemployement benefits. Even yet, I made regular payments, and I have been a customer with them for more than 10 years, they treated my like a number and without giving reason, just told me in writing that until I have paid off the outstanding amount in Full the card will be blocked. I appealed to it, and even sent in my 3 Salary Slips once I got a regular job that I started in Feb 2026 but to no availability, they were not willing to be reasoned with, not even after I passed the 3 month trial as an employee and have proven to have a regular income. And blocked me on my card, not only that I had another card with a chf 1000 limit on it, and even when I paid the balance in full, they blocked that as well, reason because the other card is blocked. Then in June, they had the nerve to still charge me a chf 150 card fee, and even after I paid the full amount to settle it, even after that they insisted that I have to go through another credit approval before they are willing to unblock me, after me having sent in before 3 monthly salary slips and settled the full amount, they were still not willing to budge, never again with this bank, and if it is the last bank on planet earth that would give me a credit card, they lost me for good, with their unreasnable policies and stuborn, unfair behavior.

Absolute Frechheit. Ich habe eine Kreditkarte beantragen wollen, stattdessen habe ich einfach ohne meine Einverständnis eine kostenpflichtige Prepaid Kreditkarte bekommen! Das ist abzocke und eine absolute Frechheit. Würde bei dieser Bank nie mehr eine Kreditkarte beantragen.

Très mauvais service
Très mauvais service, reçu une sommation pour quelques jours de retard pour une modique somme. Frais de compte plus intérêt cher. Je bloque ma carte. A fuir au plus vite

Unethical bank
This bank advised itself as a bank of the territory. Forget those marketing scams. It's a bank looking for big wealth customers only. Proof is that rescinded a credit that was still payed according to contract, on just sustainability risk calculation. The object subject to that credit wasn't legally sellable due to a legal litigation, that is still taking years due to the legal system unavoidable times. So bank ended refusing any reasonable additional guarantees to reduce the credit risk and switched to a 9.5% penality rate and sent the object to legal expropriation, further increasing the debt costs - toward a person with serious health issues and incapable to cover those huge additional costs. So this bank put aside the needs of paying customer to keep it's credit risk clear, and profited greatly from penality rates that the customer was not able to sustain nor avoid because of the legal obligations he was forced . The bank was fully aware of the situation and still acted in its own full interest. If you want to make a contract with this bank, ask yourself if you would be fine in such situation

Zu hohen Kosten für Kundschaft
Gebühren für eine Überzahlung vom Konto zur Rückerstattung werden mit 20.00 Fr. belastet. Unglaublich d. h. auf deinem Konto hast du z. B. 50.00 Franken überzahlt, man zahlt dir das Geld zurück, jedoch bekommst du nur 30.00 Fr. Und sonstige Gebühren wie Zinsen etc..... da ist Cembra empfehlenswerter.
