I booked a hotel room accidentally…
I booked a hotel room accidentally through this site realized my mistake immediately. They also charged for refund insurance after I booked and then only refunded one night of the 2 night booking. I need a refund of the entire amount. They are trying to pass themselves off as the hotel website, cost more than the rooms on hotel website and are adding hidden charges. The charges are not disclosed. This is fraudulent because I was sent both of those notifications after I booked and paid. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SITE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I now have to dispute this with my cc company.

Misleading Booking Practices and No Refund After Cancellation
I had a very frustrating experience booking a hotel stay to take the bar exam. The website I used made it appear as though I was booking directly with the hotel, but it was actually a third-party service. This was not clearly disclosed and extremely misleading. I cancelled my reservation on February 21, well in advance, and still have not received any refund. The process has been unnecessarily difficult and lacks transparency. I strongly recommend calling the hotel directly to book. Companies like Book Online use deceptive website designs and charge more than the hotel itself, along with additional undisclosed fees.

They don't have a policy to cancel within 24 hours of booking, and will take your money.

TOTAL SCAM!
TOTAL SCAM!! AVOID!! Cancellation policy stated was a LIE, and not the hotel’s policy AT ALL. This is a predatory business and should be shut down immediately. Shame on these RATS!!

a ScAm absolute trash website
absolute trash website. they booked as a third party through priceline for me to stay at a hotel and upcharged me 500$ for a hotel. I tried to cancel, they kept just saying that I already cancelled, refused to give me the priceline confirmation code and kept hanging up on me lol. thank goodness we have recordings and all communication documented. a SCAM
