We have used bookinbeautiful now since 2019 we have never had any issues. I love that the team are available on a chat so if I have crazy ideas to tweak things or need help with anything are always on hand and happy to help. The system regularly has new things added to move with the times and they are happy to work with you for future updates.

Book in beautiful is a great app. Iv been with them several years now and initially they took over and reorganised my website/ domain name. Very easy to use from a business point of view, and from clients that I have asked about their online booking experience. It’s a great way as well for clients to be able to rate your own business as then to be able to promote to other clients. I also tend to now use it as my own booking diary as well so I can book and manoeuvre my work around other outside appointments. A very patient company to work with and always have quick responses to any unplanned queries or issues. Overall, very happy and satisfied, highly recommended for any beauty, hairdressing industry. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I hardly ever leave reviews, but Booking in Beautiful deserves one. I've tried other booking systems over the years, but nothing even comes close to this. From the moment I set it up, I knew I'd found the one. The system is incredibly intuitive, easy to customise and genuinely enjoyable to use. My clients regularly comment on how simple and professional the booking process is, which creates a great first impression before they even walk through my door. What truly makes Booking in Beautiful stand out, though, is the team behind it. Their customer support is second to none. Every question I've had has been answered incredibly quickly, often within minutes, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. They genuinely care and go above and beyond to help. The biggest difference for me has been the mental freedom it's given me. I live with post-concussion syndrome, so my mental capacity and energy are limited. Every unnecessary decision or admin task uses up valuable brain space. Before Booking in Beautiful, I was manually managing appointments, sending booking fee links, updating my diary, checking payments and constantly juggling messages. Now it all happens automatically. It's not just saved me hours each week—it's given me back precious mental capacity. Instead of spending my energy on admin, I can focus on looking after my clients, growing my business and doing what I actually love. For me, this hasn't just been a booking system—it's transformed the way I run my business. I genuinely can't imagine going back. I only wish I'd found it sooner.
