A Perfect Solo Surf Camp Experience 🌊🏄♀️
Great experience! I chose to travel by myself, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Russo Surf Camp has everything you could ask for: delicious food (the breakfasts were definitely the best!!), great accommodation (even in an 8-bed shared room), and a super friendly and helpful team who was always there for anything I needed. The surf experience was also amazing! The instructors were really nice, friendly, and encouraging, and everyone had such a great time (even those of us with the worst surfing skills, ahah) I met so many wonderful people from all over the world: from Italians like me to Germans, French, Spanish and English people.😊 I would 100% recommend Russo Surf Camp to anyone looking for a fun, welcoming, and memorable surf experience in such a beautiful place as Aljezur, Portugal. 🌊🇵🇹

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience for a business partner My experience with BookSurfCamps was extremely disappointing. A customer booking had to be rescheduled, but the situation was handled poorly and the communication from support was not helpful. Around $650 of the booking deposit was withheld, and instead of receiving a clear and fair resolution, I was left with restricted credit and a long, frustrating process. What disappointed me most was the lack of real support. As an accommodation and surf-trip provider, I expected BookSurfCamps to help find a reasonable solution for both the customer and the business. Instead, I felt that the platform protected its own position while leaving the provider to deal with the consequences. I would advise other surf camps, hosts, and activity providers to read the cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit conditions very carefully before joining. Make sure you fully understand who controls the customer’s money and what happens when plans change. Based on my experience, I would not recommend BookSurfCamps to other business owners.

Helpful and friendly.
The people who helped me are friendly and provided me with useful solutions to the issues I had had. Due to an unexpected cancellation, I had to find another course for the same dates in August and it turned up to be even more interesting than the one I had chosen at first. I can't review the course yet, but it looks like it's going to be an awesome experience in which Tripaneer staff helped a lot. Many thanks and hope we coincide again.

We had a great time at the surf camp
We had a great time at the surf camp! Our coach took excellent care of us. His explanations and tips were always clear and understandable, he helped us a lot and motivated us all the time. We were complete beginners and only booked two surf lessons. Nevertheless, we were already able to stand independently on the waves in the second lesson, we would never have expected that! The whole team was incredibly friendly, helpful and straightforward. You feel welcome and well taken care of from the start. We would recommend the surf camp at any time and will be happy to come back. Thank you for the great experience!
