I ordered despite mixed reviews here, it’s good!
I was apprehensive to order due to some bad reviews I saw here, but I couldn’t find the facepaint on another website that didn’t have 30 quid Australian shipping. I decided just to go for it, and it was great! My package arrived on July 2nd and was ordered on June 28th. It was exactly what I ordered, and packaged nicely in an organza bag:) I would say to buyers, just be careful to select where you want it to ship. Some people may accidentally have a drop off point selected instead of their address! I would definitely shop here again! If you’re put off by the bad reviews, and you’re in the UK, I recommend you should order:) I’m not sure how the shipping goes outside of the UK but ya, all worked out for me 👌

Terrible Company
Terrible Company. Still waiting on my order 15 days later. Have contacted customer services a couple of times they just say there is an investigation open. Not good enough. Avoid at all costs.

All the bad reviews I've read here are mostly regarding the delivery issues. If I had looked at this rating before ordering for the first time, I probably would have decided against it, but after placing two orders with them, I really can't say much bad about the shop. Both times, it was delivered extremely fast, everything was packed well without plastic, and everything was correct. I used to order Korean skincare brands straight from Korea, which I was super happy with, to be honest, up until a few years ago. Recently, in Luxembourg, they started applying hefty customs duties on such packages, and sometimes the tax exceeded the total value of the products I ordered. That was incredibly frustrating. All the other online shops in the EU would have super high prices on Korean brands, double, sometimes triple the price, until I was recommended Boozyshop. Don't get me wrong, the prices on Korean products at Boozydhop ARE higher than at the shop I was originally ordering from, but much lower than at other European shops. Also, they have already been taxed and customs cleared, which means I only pay once when ordering them. After calculating, I realized that in the end, after customs clearance and waiting for more than a month, I would pay approximately the same price as I pay at Boozyshop (+-15-20 euros). So, I just went ahead and ordered from them. In general, I'm happy with them; the only "negative" thing I could say is the absence of any samples (which I would usually receive plenty from Korean shops, and I mean PLENTY) to try new brands and products. There is literally just nothing extra they put in the box. Last time I ordered for almost 300 euros, I got bubkis))) not even a gift as was advertised in the shopping cart. I remember the kind of joy I would get whenever I was opening a package from a Korean shop, because you never knew what extra stuff you would receive in there, mostly very useful. That was the only way to learn about new products and try them, and some of those brands I started buying full-size and kept using because they matched my skin type. I guess this is not an experience with BoozyShop. It's just a little bit cheap, you guys... ((

False advertising and misslabelling
They claim all products sold are cruelty free when they are absolutely not - Cerave, L'Oreal, Batiste, Garnier, amongs many others - none of these are cruelty free companies! Openly lying and false advertising - clients believe they are not contributing to the cruelty of animal testing when they actually are, despicable!
