Fantastic bibby
Fantastic bibby, have had a few other makes but bossy bibs are by far the best. Have a Connemara mare with sensitive skin and rubs very easily. Bossy bibs in my opinion are outstanding. Would highly recommend to anyone who does not want rub marks on the coat.

I’d give them six stars if I could
I believe I bought my first Bossy’s Bib in about 1999, for a horse I had on loan at the time. I certainly have an email confirming a repeat order for two bibs in 2008, bought another through Amazon in 2023, and have now ordered directly from Bossy’s Bibs again in 2026. So, rather unusually, I can review these on the basis of more than 25 years’ experience! They are such a simple idea, but they do exactly what they are supposed to do. Worn underneath a rug, the smooth fabric protects the horse’s shoulders and chest from rubbing, and over the years I have used them on several different horses with excellent results. One thing I particularly appreciate is that Bossy’s Bibs offer different cuts for different types of horse. My earliest bibs were for an Irish Draught, and the standard cut fitted her perfectly. More recently I have used their Arab cut, which is shaped specifically for Arabian horses and fits their rather different build far better than a generic bib would. They are well made, practical, comfortable for the horse and they last. There are very few equestrian products I was buying around the turn of the millennium that I am still deliberately seeking out and buying today. My latest order arrived promptly and was every bit as good as I expected. It is also rather lovely to discover that after all these years Bossy’s Bibs are still there making the same genuinely useful product. Five stars, only because won’t let me give them six.

As I have a fell pony so chunky and I was advised by my friend to get the small full size n it fits him a treat My bib came Tuesday n I put it on him yesterday x

Great well-made item for my horse…
Great well-made item for my horse delivered very quickly. It stops her getting any rubs from her rugs. I have two now- one on my horse and one in the wash.
