If you notice how they respond to my complaints. But apparently there is a misunderstanding I am not speaking from one instance. I am speaking from a very high percentage of play. Those games are unbearable as the house wins about 85% of the time or maybe even more. I beg of anyone put you some money on it test it out. Then put you some money on mybookie or something else and you will found out i tell the truth as the games are harder on here. Go in there community and you will see the majority of people with the same complaints. Hit me up on X or Instagram let's talk about it. I promise they keep saying customer service and that is horrible they chat constantly spins and timeout and they hang up the chat no number to call: you will be at their mercy for customer service of their is an issue; other platforms have a number to call thats a better feeling knowing you got someone to talk to about your issue. Like I said they ghost my lady about 25 dollars a technical issue the game timed out in the middle of play instead of it resetting after a refresh she was 25 Loser after refresh and they can't tell her how she lost but only the made was played well how is it playing if it timed out now you really want to lose your money with a company like that. Customer service closes the chat on you when they get ready. They tell you they are escalating to a team a team which you never talk to or even chat and it's 24 to 48 hours everytime you speak to them and that could be a week or more. All this is official they will try to pr this but im telling you if you prefer a better gambling experience stay away i got more believe i been here some years
