I am writing this email to express my complete frustration and disappointment with the drastic decline in the quality of your products over the past few years. As a returning customer who previously trusted your brand for durable, well-fitting underwear, what I have received recently is completely unacceptable. A few years ago, buying BOX underwear meant getting solid, premium products that actually lasted. That is no longer the case. I recently compared my older pairs to the ones from my latest order, and the difference is night and day. The material on the new pairs is visibly thinner, cheap, and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the sizing is entirely inconsistent. Ordering the exact same size I have worn for years now results in items that fit completely differently—either overly tight or poorly proportioned. Even more ridiculous is the durability. Underwear should not rip, lose its elasticity, or fall apart after just six months of normal wear and washing. Having seams split on basic daily wear within half a year is a joke for a brand that claims to sell premium menswear. It is clear where your priorities have gone. While your marketing is constantly pushed across social media with endless 50% to 70% discount sales to drive quick impulse buys, the actual product you are shipping out has hit rock bottom. Constantly discounting low-quality items doesn't hide the fact that the manufacturing standard has tanked. I am not interested in generic automated apologies or excuses about new production batches. I am contacting you to state clearly that your product quality is unacceptable, your sizing consistency is broken, and unless you return to the manufacturing standards you used to have, you have permanently lost a loyal customer. I expect a direct response regarding your quality control issues and how you intend to address orders where the merchandise fails after minimal use.

I've been a customer of Box Menswear for several years, which makes this review particularly disappointing to write. Back in 2023, I bought multiple pairs of their standard men's briefs in various colours, and they were genuinely excellent. The quality was miles ahead of competitors like Calvin Klein, the fit was fantastic, and they offered outstanding value for money. At that point, I would have recommended them without hesitation. Fast forward to 2025, and things had clearly changed. I purchased several pairs of the Glide Briefs and immediately noticed a significant drop in quality. The elastic quickly lost its shape after only a few wears and no longer returned to its original fit. Even more frustrating was that the sizing and fit were completely different from the original briefs, despite ordering exactly the same size. The final straw came in 2026 when I bought the Colour Pop Briefs. After a single use, the logo literally started peeling off. For a premium-priced product, that's simply unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I submitted a complaint through their contact form and received no response. I then emailed support twice and was ignored both times. As things stand, every pair from these newer product lines has suffered from the same stretched-out elastic issue, and all of the logos have either peeled off or disappeared entirely. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company, I've received no acknowledgement, no explanation, and no resolution. It's incredibly frustrating to see a brand that once stood out for quality fall so far. Based on my experience, I would only consider buying from their original range. The newer lines feel cheaply made, don't justify the price, and if something goes wrong, don't expect any help from customer service.

I had previously bought a couple of items from Box Menswear and was very happy with them, but, in my opinion, the recent decline in quality and sizing consistency has made their current products completely unwearable. In 2024, I purchased two pairs of Prince Fit Briefs in size S, and the quality was outstanding. The sizing was identical to Calvin Klein, the waistband held its shape, the seams were fully hidden away from the skin, the front pouch featured a proper double layer of fabric, and the material felt silky and comfortable. Things began to slip in 2025 when I ordered the Motion Mesh Briefs in the same size. They seemed very flimsy, though I assumed at the time it might just be a characteristic of that specific model, and they were over an inch wider at the waist than my previous pairs, making them far too loose to wear. In early 2026, I reordered the exact same Prince Fit Briefs in size S that I had ordered in 2024, but the item I received was unrecognisable. The manufacturing quality has plummeted. The stitching is now fully exposed, with fabric edges bent in an L-shape and harsh stitching rubbing directly against the skin, making them unwearable for my taste. The sizing is noticeably larger than the original 2024 version, and the front pouch is now just a single sheet of fabric with no double layer (a cheap shortcut typically found in generic no-brand underwear). It is disappointing to see a recently established brand compromise basic manufacturing and quality just to cut costs. To be fair, customer support has always been very kind, responsive, and willing to help, but there is little they can do when the underlying products themselves are simply poorly made. Unless things change, I will not be buying from them again or recommending them.
