Very disappointed with my experience. I regretted my purchase of €18.99 almost immediately and contacted Brainway to request a refund. The subscription was cancelled, but they refused to refund my payment. What makes me particularly critical is how they have handled the situation. First, I was told that digital purchases are non-refundable once the service has been activated. When I questioned this, they instead stated that their system showed that I had checked a box agreeing to immediate access and acknowledging that I would lose my right of withdrawal. I then asked them to show me exactly what I had supposedly agreed to. They did not provide this. I was not given a copy or screenshot of the checkbox, nor any concrete documentation showing exactly what information was presented to me at the time of purchase. I was simply told that their system logs showed that I had agreed to it. I find it concerning that a company can rely on an alleged consent as the reason for keeping the payment, while not providing the customer with the actual information or wording that was supposedly agreed to. Instead of refunding my €18.99, I was offered some free guides. I contacted them almost immediately after the purchase and tried to resolve the matter simply. Despite this, I have been met with repeated references to terms and system records without being shown the evidence on which their decision is based. This is not the level of customer service or transparency I expect from a company. My experience has been both frustrating and very disappointing. I really do not recommend Brainway.
