Such a great experience!
I visited the Birmingham store today for a bra fitting with Leean, and I wanted to share just how happy and positive I came away feeling. After losing weight, I have really struggled with my confidence and had started to believe there was no hope for my breasts. I had always seen them as the problem, so I felt quite anxious before the fitting. Leean was an absolute star from beginning to end. She immediately made me feel comfortable, went through everything thoroughly and was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and reassuring. I left feeling completely different, not only about the fitting but about myself. It turns out my boobs were never the problem, my previous bra was! The whole experience was genuinely lovely. I have had fittings at other retailers before, but none of them compare to the care and service I received today. I will absolutely be returning to Bravissimo. Please make sure Leean receives the recognition she deserves. Credit where credit is due, she made such a difference to my confidence today and is a real asset to the Birmingham store.

Poor customer service
I contacted them to asked for a quality problem to be passed to the manufacturer and received a diatribe in response saying how I washed it would make the eyes become unstitched. It was almost 2 weeks before they bothered to answer. I was also advised to get a large cup size, even though there is not one. I had given them the order number so they knew this. It takes them up to 2 weeks before they post you in stock item out, unless you pay extra.

Finally underwear you can feel comfortable in. I have a difficult size to find in the high street shops. They even offer tops with your bra size so I can wear more shapes and styles. These are a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for, good quality and feeling confident. Thank you I have used online and in-store and customer service is great

Good experience
As I have a larger bust I have always found bravissimo to be the best shop to go to. I recently went to the Westfield branch for a fitting and I had such a positive experience, Phia was very helpful.
