I've done 2 Lash Extension courses with British Beauty Academy and have been pleased both times. Precise, easy instructions to follow, good course content and great communication. I like the certificate quality too. Highly recommended ✨️

Booked a course to be taken in Leeds…
Booked a course to be taken in Leeds with a tutor the course was cancelled last minute. After contacting was told could move course to another date however after this contact received an email to state all course would be online. I again contacted to state that this was not the product that was advertised neither was it the product I had paid for and did not want to do the course online. Despite my contact efforts no response was given and no further action to even attempt to offer alternative including online. I requested a refund as the product I had purchased was no longer available. I got a reply asking for further details which I provided but then nothing... all emails and calls not returned and now it states emails are no longer accepted as mail box full. Complete scam advertise services they can not provide then do not return money or provide any service. This is now under investigation with the bank and the ombismen I would stay clear of this company

I did the online lash course
I did the online lash course. Everyone was great and ran smoothly. I was able to train from my own home and around my working hours. I don’t understand all the negative reviews.. communication was spot on. I will be receiving my certificate within a couple of days. Thank you British Beauty Academy

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. Booked to do my eyelash extension course in April, was booked in do it on the 24th. Got a txt message from then not even 24 hours before hand saying that the class instructor was “I’ll” so had to postpone my course. Re-arranged to do my course again for the 22nd of may were I paid to stay over night in the hotel as it’s an hour and half drive for me so thought it would be easier as the course starts at 9am. Got to my hotel at 15:00 where I had a txt message at 18:00pm saying that they have had to cancel my course again due to the hotel double booking the conference room. If they had told me 24 hours before hand I wouldn’t have gone to the hotel and waste my time and money paying for a room when there was no need. I spoke to the hotel the following morning where they confirmed that they didn’t have any meetings going ahead for that day. I’m having awful trouble getting through to the company aswel to get my money back. I recommend that you DO NOT use this company as they are 100% scammers.
