Yorkshire Tea…
I was a little sceptical about ordering from this website, as I hadn’t realised at first that they don’t hold stock themselves but source the products on your behalf. However, I’m so glad I went ahead! The variety of products they were able to source, were excellent. The website was also easy to use. I placed my order from Australia on 10th August, it arrived at my front door from England on 18th August — I was very impressed with the turnaround time, it was well packed & I was kept informed about delivery from both Royal Mail & Aus Post. I will certainly order from Britstore again. Thank you to Britstore, and especially Richard & his team of shoppers for making a Yorkshire man very happy with his now favourite Yorkshire tea bags!

Easy and reliable
I ordered kindamil ready to feed baby formula because it is not sold in the US. I placed my order on 8/20/26 and my order was delivered on 8/26/26 with no issues. Ordering was easy and everything was explained right on the website. Tracking with royal mail which carried over to USPS was easy. My order came on time and was packaged with care! I would absolutely recommend brit superstore to other US moms!!

A Cautionary Tale in Vitamin Misery
I ordered 90 orange Berocca from Britsuperstore. What arrived was 90 mango - a flavour so profoundly unpleasant it feels like a punishment for sins I don’t remember committing. The packaging looks similar, sure, but the taste? Imagine someone liquefied despair, added a hint of tropical regret, and called it a “vitamin supplement.” I opened the tube, dropped a tablet in water, took one sip, and immediately questioned every life choice that led me to this moment. I contacted customer service. .....Silence. .....Days of silence. The refund request is till at “waiting for approval,” which apparently means “we’ve placed your complaint in a digital oubliette.” I’ve had better communication from the DMV and that is profound. Britsuperstore usually gets things right, which makes this whole saga even more baffling. One wrong flavour shouldn’t feel like a descent into customer‑service purgatory, yet here we are. If you enjoy gambling with your electrolytes, by all means, roll the dice. If not, maybe buy your vitamins somewhere that can tell the difference between citrus and tropical doom.

J'ai passé une commande le 13 mai 2026 et je n'ai jamais reçu mon colis. Après avoir contacté le service client, celui-ci s'est contenté de me renvoyer vers ses conditions générales indiquant qu'aucun remboursement n'était prévu pour les envois sans suivi. J'ai ensuite demandé des preuves de l'expédition et de la livraison. Le commerçant affirme que le colis a été envoyé, mais il est incapable de fournir le moindre justificatif prouvant son expédition, ni une preuve ou même une date de livraison, tout en maintenant son refus de rembourser ou de renvoyer la commande. Malgré plusieurs échanges, aucune solution ne m'a été proposée. Je comprends qu'un colis puisse se perdre, mais je trouve inacceptable qu'un commerçant refuse toute prise en charge alors qu'il ne peut démontrer ni l'expédition ni la livraison de la commande. Je ne recommande pas ce site.
