Great extensions and excellent support. During our Magento upgrade , we encountered a few issues related to login functionality and had some questions about compatibility. Both our team and development partner were pleasantly surprised by the level of support, the speed of the responses, and the willingness to help us resolve the issues quickly. Highly recommended.

Always dependable support
I had a complex issue with customer attributes not saving correctly in a multistore setup. Millie and KienTV from the BSS Commerce support team were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They took the time to replicate the issue and record a detailed video, which helped us identify that the issue was down to a known Magento bug. Their investigation was the key to us getting everything resolved. Excellent support as always (we've been customers since 2019)!

Exceptional support and tailored solutions

Excellent support and fast resolution
We had an issue with the Reward Point module, and the BSS support team responded very quickly and professionally. They investigated the problem and provided us with an updated version (1.1.3), which resolved the issue completely. Special thanks to Millie, KienTV, and KienND for their support, clear communication, and efficiency throughout the process.
