Don't waste your time with this…
Don't waste your time with this company. They don't even know their own stock. My delivery was days overdue. You took longer to reply. To say your system is wrong and you dont have what I ordered. You have cost me time and money. Pathetic company.

Clearly lied about item being in stock. Avoid.
Update, it's now been 17 days since my order was supposedly dispatched and still no communication or goods. They clearly didn't have the stock at point of order. Pathetic. Avoid these scammers. Used via their Ebay sales. Ordered on 14th July, supposedly dispatched on same day via 24hr Royal Mail. 17 days later still no delivery. Messaged them and asked about it, they blame Royal Mail of course saying "we are experiencing delays of upto 10 days" Funny how they don't mention that upfront. Disgusting.

Dreadful service
Ordered fence posts, didn't receive a full order and 3 weeks on we are still chasing them after they have taken £2000 from us. Customer service is terrible

Needed a replacement bathroom worktop…
Needed a replacement bathroom worktop and these guys were spot on. Answered the phone quickly when I called to answer a couple of questions and I received the item 7am the next morning (paid extra for next day delivery). Would recommend, no issues for me

outstanding customer service
I recently purchased paint and other building supplies from Build and Plumb, and I couldn’t be happier with both the products and the customer service. Unfortunately, one of the paint cans was damaged during delivery. I contacted the company to explain the issue, and they resolved it incredibly quickly and professionally. The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free. Their prices are very competitive, their range of stock is excellent, and their customer service is truly outstanding. A special thank you to Charlie, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted promptly. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Build and Plumb and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you, Charlie, and the whole team!
