Experience changed after several good orders - issues with my last order of 6400€
My recent experience after several previous good orders I have been a customer of this company several times and left a 5-star review in the past. My earlier orders were dispatched within 1-2 days and delivered without issue. I am changing my review based on my last order from July 2026, value 6400€. My order was not dispatched for 10 days. I had to contact the company twice before I was told it had not yet left the warehouse. Once shipped, the parcel did not reach me. I was not home during the delivery attempt. I did not receive the parcel at my address. I was provided with a proof of delivery from the courier. The signature field on that document contained two dots, which is not my signature. During the investigation that followed, which lasted almost two months, the company confirmed to me in writing that the parcel that was shipped contained only approximately half of the products I had ordered. The shipment is advertised as insured on the website. As of today, I have not received the parcel, a replacement shipment for the full order. They just sent a refund of the half they forgot to send and after me insisting on that, otherwise they would have dismissed it!! This review is based on my own genuine order and reflects my personal experience with this transaction.

My first experience buying gold
My first experience buying gold. It went very smoothly. I felt secure, my ordered was verbally checked with me as it was being sent to Europe. It arrived a few days sooner than notified. I will definitely use this company again.

Empty parcel
I ordered a gold bar and when I opened the parcel it was empty. I dealt with a private investigator hired by BBP. All he does is accuse you of being a thief. BBP left me waiting months and when I finally chased them they said the case had been closed. And sent me a letter dated the day before I called. (Coincidence) they’re unable to show any proof or report or their investigation. Begs the question was any report or investigation ever carried out. It’s disgusting how they deal with loyal customers as this was my 7th transaction with them. I am heavily out of pocket and this has caused huge amounts of stress. BEWARE do not use or trust this company. Very unhelpful patronising horrible scammers.

No import tax. Delivery delay.
I realized the company was headquartered in the UK after ordering from mainland Europe. So I was worried I was going to pay an import tax. But that wasn't the case. There is some delay before the package arrived. I think over 2 weeks.

Website easygood service but expensive to follow
Website easy to follow, ordering is easy, delivery no issues. My only gripe is I find that their margins over spit a quite high. Between buying and selling back you are looking at 12-14% margin overall.
