The company is wonderful to work for. Although, I think it depends on the location and management, which may be awful.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: The relationships I built with lower management was wonderful. I learned a lot from them and was always eager to learn more. The high management personnel were not interested in the lower employees. Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Communication was always an issue. It was hard to communicate with others and have your thought heard out. Poor communication lead to poor teamwork, which then lead to a difficult job. Verbesserungsvorschläge: I would change management. Make sure the managers are level headed and work towards the better good of the company and employees. A poor work environment leads to a low motivation in workers.

Company does not care about there clients or employees. There focus is sales goal and conversion, honesty is last option

Burberry is a rich brand with an extraordinary history. However, due to the new leadership company culture has died.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: -The brand itself around for over 160+ years is an incredible piece of history. You will interact with incredibly smart individuals and immerse yourself in high end fashion. Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich: -The new leadership team has made many negative changes to the company such as major role cuts, taking benefits away starting new fiscal year and poor culture. Verbesserungsvorschläge: -Building a better company culture and compensation plan.
