Lip Shimmer manufacturing defects
I purchased 2 tubes of their Lip Shimmer product today in 2 different colors. They both had problems. The Rhubarb color, which I always wear had almost no color. It is normally very vibrant cool dark pink red. Tried it on my hand and you can barely see anything. The Fig color had no product whatsoever in the tube. Something is clearly wrong with Burts Bees to have allowed this to have happened. It is absolutely unacceptable to allow products out of the factory in this state.

Burts bees lip balm had no lip balm in 2 out of pack of 4
Bought a pack of 4 burts bees lip balm whilst on holiday in Florida. Out of 4, 2 had no lip balm in them at all. Complained to burts bees and they agreed to replace them for me. Initially I thought they actually would. However, 7 weeks later, despite promising they would urgently sort this, I have received nothing. Their customer service is absolutely appalling. Staff keep making promises, then do nothing. They ignore emails and online chats. Their products are not cheap! Will not give them my business in future as a result of their lack of customer service in dealing with a genuine complaint.

Their charcoal and whitening toothpaste…
BEWARE, this toothpaste will turn your teeth black. See my profile pic and see what it did to my teeth. I have purchased 3 different OTC teeth whitening products but none of them removed the black stains. My dentist told me the only way to remove it was with a professional teeth whitening which would cost $300.00. I contacted Burts Bees but they refused to pay for it. I will never ever buy any product of theirs after seeing how they treat their customers. This product should be banned!

BURT’S BEES For dogs Calming spray
It works well it does what it says it will calm my big dogs down and my little dog and their always overly hyper and they don’t get tired it helped my calm down a lot it is a very useful product and it smells good as well I’d rate it a 4

I have had a lot of luck with Burt’s Bees, every product I have used has lived up to its claims and has not irritated in my skin.
