Mr Donnelly
We flew from the UK on holiday with four of our grand children, two with Autistic Spectrum and five additional adults. We had two adults registered as Severely Sight Impaired - Blind with limited sight. Myself with severe arthritis in both knees, manageable under normal circumstances but not when being dragged from one aspect of the theme park to another by excited and full of energy youngsters. I did not go for myself but to see them enjoying themselves. We had been to other parks and paid $75.00 to rent a mobility scooter for the day, Expensive when you consider that each time you enter a park its another $75.00. I spoke to at least two members of staff about the exorbitant price of the Mobility scooter at Bush Gardens, cost $135.00 a day. I was told that even if I arrived at 7.00pm that for a one hour rental it would cost me the same amount!!! I showed the manager I spoke to the cost of hiring a mobility scooter at Alton Towers, one of the largest theme parks in the UK if not the largest. Alton Towers Mobility Scooter for a days hire is £25.00 a day which is in the region of $32.16 depending on the exchange rate at the time. Less than half the price of the other Florida Parks and less than a quarter of the cost at Busch Gardens. Having a disability is not fun, in fact its painful, physically limiting, exhausting and incompatible with the demands placed on the body during such an excursion. It sad to think that Bush Gardens considers only it's profit margins and less about the overall wellbeing of it's customers who ultimately pay the Entry Fee and other associated costs including Parking, & Food etc. In conclusion, would I recommend Bush Gardens to Friends and Family - Only for those who are able bodied or have an abundance of spare money to enable them to rent a cheep Mobility Scooter at Rolls Royce prices.

The rides are fine, except that many of the major rides are closed. The price situation is absurd - you should pay $158 for the cheapest ticket, $38 for the parking, and $13 for a locker every 2 hours in the park, and fines if you keep your stuff for more than 2 hours. Even if you pay for the lockers, they are not responsible for your staff's safety, and their personnel don't know how to use them. I can't give more than 2 stars, considering you pay more than $200 to enter the park, where many rides aren't working.

The worst theme park in Florida no doubt We had the worst experience ever at bush gardens, we travelled from Orlando on the bus, and we were hoping to have a really nice day, however we couldn’t of been more in the wrong. Let me start by saying the rides are good when they are working, but most of them were off! In 10 hours at the park we managed to do 2 rides, because the rest were delayed, and when they finally opened, the lines were so long, the amount of staff around the rides were totally unacceptable, I felt like I managed my own safety on the 2 rides I actually rode! The staff are so rude as well x I had 3 different encounters with disrespectful staff, all seemed not to care in the slightest, and I put this down to bush gardens training! The next thing I would like to state is the food is so bad! They try convince you your gettin a good deal on the all day dining, but the food stations are so irregular and the quality of the food is the worst I’ve ever eaten in Florida, nasty cold processed garbage at extortionate prices, a bottle of Powerade was over €8 and a coffee the same! The dining option is priced at $60 pp!!!!!! We decided to take a full day out of Orlando to come here, especially when I had such good memories here as a child, but this place has completely gone to pot! Nobody cares anymore! Rides are always down Staff are rude Food is so bad Everything is a ploy to take as much money as possible, including charging you for lockers! $15 for 2 hours!!!! It’s absolutely disgusting in my opinion! I thought sea world had gone down hill, but this place has taken it to a new level, never ever again will I return here! I would also like to add the rides I got on I managed my own safety!!!! Do not come here anymore it’s sad to say, but I don’t think it’s safe

Staff slapping and hitting each other in line for Iron Gwazi. Staff on their phones. Nothing to do during rain - we stood in a queue for 2 hours. Complete waste of money. No money back, just a ticket for a year - pointless if you don't live nearby. I'd stay as clear as possible and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. Food and drink prices are extortionate. Park looks run down and poorly maintained.

Staff are so overworked cos there isn't enough of them, toilets are dirty and line for food is an utter discrace also again because of lack of staff, couldn't believe it when I was told that the cost YES COST of the skyride was $5. again because of lack of staff we and plenty of others had to wait over a hour to get a RAP which is just unacceptable.
