Firma verschleppt und ignoriert den Widerruf der Bestellung
Habe leider erst nach Bestellung die enttäuschenden Bewertungen gelesen und sofort widerrufen. Der Widerruf wurde erst einmal ignoriert, um mir dann mitzuteilen, dass abgeschickt wurde. Ein Zurückordern sei nicht möglich. Ich habe unzählige Mails geschrieben, immer die gleiche Antwort und das bei Annahmeverweigerung die Sendung nicht zurück geht und ich finanziell dafür haften muss. Mein Widerruf wird mir selbst nach Aufforderung NICHT bestätigt, weil die Sendung ja abgeschickt wurde??? Das eine hat mit dem anderen nichts zu tun und trotzdem bekomme ich solche unsachliche Antwort. So sieht seriös jedenfalls nicht aus. Nun soll ich die Sendung annehmen und man "begleitet mich" durch den Rückgabeprozess. Der Firma kann nicht seriös sein und das Produkt wohl auch nicht. Also lieber nicht bei Wellaray bestellen, Ihr erspart euch viel Ärger.

I wish I had checked this site before ordering as they did the same to me . I ordered 1 box + 1 discounted box and they put 3 boxes on the order instead of 1. I immediately cancelled the order and am pleased to report that after a lot of tooing and froing with emails they have refunded me for the 3 boxes. I have yet to receive my order which they tried to say was shipped as soon as I ordered it and before I immediately cancelled it so can't comment on the product and if it worked . If it does work I will amend this review.

I ended up with 5 boxes £89 I ordered 2. I was not happy emails sent & in the end 1 got £47 back but was asked to delete my Review.. I did that now I’m just telling you what happened they can’t take my money back again. I would Never buy from them again.. If they continue to do this they will be out of business..

😡😡😡 be very wary of this company. I ordered three boxes of the Coffee Booster, thought I was paying £53.99 plus postage and packing. On checking my statement they have billed me for six boxes ( which I didn’t order) and taken from my account £105.00 without consent. Read the one star reviews before ordering. To say I’m fuming is an understatement. Please, please be careful when ordering from this company. My advice is don’t. 😡😡😡

Please do not order from this company - I placed an order for 2 boxes, at check out I was taken to another screen saying order not yet complete do you want other products, I did not so I closed the page. Immediately after I received 2 notifications from my credit card company advising me of 2 payments. I did not yet have an order number so emailed Wellaray on their website to advise of the error and request refund of the second payment. When the email order number arrived I immediately emailed again to request a refund. I got an email back saying sorry too late as order has been processed. A week later I am yet to receive the product so item hadn't been processed. In addition I have had numerous from this company spamming me. I would have been happy to take the 2 boxes I ordered and try the product and if it wasn't any good so be it but to be tricked into buying another 3 boxes is not acceptable.I feel like such a fool. I should have checked reviews before placing the order - never again.
