I URGE ANYONE TO AVOID THIS TRADER! regardless of how badly you want a model. I've had nothing but grief from them. *Taking payment for pre-sale models, then after 30 days, you come out of eBay's protection. So after 3-4 months waiting, still no model, you have no recourse. *When you email/Msg to follow up, you get fobbed off, if you get a response from D at all. *I returned a model but they failed to refund, despite Royal Mail returned delivery proof. *I have been intimidated, cryptically threatened, and deceived by the proprieter (SS) and his sidekick (D). *The latest was sending a LETTER in place of the model I paid for, using the ebay tracking number, to make it appear that they have posted the actual item. Because when the letter is delivered, the MODEL is shown as delivered. *Discussed and reported to ebay, who advised to open a case/return, and send back the letter. *This Essex lad must really believe that everyone other than him are stupid. He now claims the letter is a marketing, technical oversight which is total rubbish! * 40 Negative feedbacks on eBay in the past 12 months alone. Whilst majority of customers appear satisfied, there are far too many others who feel the opposite, with all very similar stories. *I have learned that the Police are watching closely because there have been too many instances and reports. ***This review is based on my own opinion. I post this review as a truthful account of my personal experience which is my right!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER
I’ve been scammed like many of the other unfortunate customers of buygoneworldlimited. They send out a letter by recorded delivery to say your order has been delayed which is then registered as delivered by eBay. EBay then put their head in the sand after the 30 to register non-delivery of goods! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Scam company
Unfortunately I fell for the same scam as others have done. eBay sent an envelope with a bar code on it. Buygone world told me it takes months for my model to be delivered, By the time I'd stopped waiting it was too late to claim a refund. I have now lost faith in eBay - how can they just send out an envelope with a bar code on it and then claim that your purchase has been delivered?

I ordered a 747 model on Feb.2025
I ordered a 747 model on Feb.2025. I was told that it can take 3-4 months to recieve my order since it is a pre-order. I waited as they had told me. When it is time to recieve but even not shipped to me, I wrote them. Many excuses were told to me that were lately understood as lies. They just try to gain time since their real intention is not trade, but fraud people. After a few messages on e-bay our connection stopped. Then they blocked me, neither sent my money back nor reply mail or messages. I asked to cancel my order and they rejected. There are many other examples of the same customer complaints. Never ever buy something from this seller!
