I also bought tickets and send them money through Paypal and never received any feedback. Our concert in La Scala theater is on July 2nd 2022. I don't know if I can go to Milan or not. I don't have any tickets. Nobody is replying. Very sad.

I am not able to contact them, I am going to lose our tickets
I was really satisfied with this company till this year. We bought two tickets for Opera La Scala Milan in 2020. Each ticket plus one night hotel was 440€. I told this is correct price for the best possible seats. We got immediate response and everything seem to be all right. Unfortunately doe to Corona pandemic our visit was postponed till this year. In december 2021 I wrote to them and got the answers that they will ad as to their reserve list for 2022, for opera of our choice. Unfortunately since then I have no other news, they do not answer my emails. Contact them true the site or chat is also impossible. There was telephone before wicht don’t exist anymore… I really don’t know what I possibly can doe anymore…

BVevents.com Italy is not a fraud, but the way of business. I got what I paid for.
Seeing quite mixed (and negative, and positive) reviews for the "BVevents.com Italy", I decided to try it myself and share my factual experience (order placed on 10.12.2019, the actual performance took place on 02.01.2020). Few facts the reader, potential "BVevents.com Italy" customers might be interested in: • Communication through the e-mail was quite productive, replies received quite fast (although, at times, a little unprofessional). • The printed on A4 format paper Ticket to La Scala and Voucher for the one night stay in the hotel were nicely packed in the envelope and delivered free of charge on date and to the place (hotel in Milan) agreed though the e-mail communication. • Entrance to the La Scala and Check In in the chosen hotel went without any questions, suspicious looks or discomfort whatsoever. • Seats for the opera “La Tosca” in La Scala were absolutely satisfying, just as stated/chosen at the time of purchase/check out. • There was a choice of 4 different 3* hotels in the City Centre of Milan to choose from. Chose the one which is right next to the “Santa Maria delle Grazie”. Simply stunning! • Did not meet any surprises like extra charges or any other potential non-communicated circumstances. Overall: Basing solely on personal experience dealing with “BVevents.com Italy”, the company is not a fraud. That is a business which, to my understanding, is lawful in Italy (I would presume that officially company offering/selling a stay in the hotel, and the tickets goes “as a gift”, not a resell, apparently, Italian law is okay with such “schemi di business”). And, obviously, it is every customer choice whether they would like to make an order with the company (accepting “the company’s way of business”), or not. In case of order placement, You will get what You paid for (based on my experience). And it is every customer choice/decision whether the individual ready to pay the price, but get to that rare performance/experience once in a lifetime (where the tickets get sold in hours or days), and in addition have the opportunity to experience another hotel in Milan, or the activity is not that much valued by the individual, so there is no reason for overpayment. In the end of the day, despite the fact of a quite “inelegant” “schemi di business”, it is still real opportunity/chance provided, to get to those rare emotions/performances. "Teatro alla Scala" was gorgeous, the stage sets unprecedented, full of moving parts, bright decorations, performing actors were magnificent, “La Tosca” full of drama, but nevertheless, breathtaking. Long story short (solely based on personal experience): It was quite positive experience dealing with the “BVevents.com Italy”. I got what I paid for.

NEVER MAKE ANY REGISTRATION WITH…
Correct and with my appologize! Services was correct and also the handling i change my mind and also the rating and we appreciate the opreation. In this case we need to cancel for other reason (fly cancel) but Wat is a pitty is the price who doesn't is correct regarding the market and the communication when you book. It will be beter to inform correctly for the details of the prices We want to thank you for fast treatment of our request

Keine Tickets kaufen!!!!!!!
Habe vor einigen Wochen, Karten für den 2 .11.2019 auf dieser Seite gekauft, froh überhaupt noch Karten zu erhalten bezahlte ich 260 Euro anstatt 145 Euro. Sämtliche Versuche Tickets innerhalb weniger Tage zu annullieren wurden nicht beantwortet Ticket habe ich trotz schriftlicher Nachfrage nie erhalten .Machen Sie nicht denselben Fehler wie ich kaufen Sie KEINE Tickets von diesem Ticketverkäufer sondern lassen Sie sich bei der Suche mehr Zeit .
