Bytesized is THE BEST
Been with bytesized since the beginning. The few times I've had to open a ticket (maybe 3 times in 15 years), they were prompt to respond and helpful. Despite increasing server costs I think they've only had to raise prices once for my package, and they have also continually increased the bandwidth + storage allocated -- so I'm getting way more than I originally signed up for. The price is insane for what you get. Great hosting by great people. Strong recommend -- I've never even bothered to look for anything else.

#1 in my book!
I have been with Bytesized for over four years now, and they have been amazing. They have been very easy to work with, respond to any issues very quickly, keep users informed if something is going on that could affect them, and all around pleasant to communicate with. I started with their smallest box up front and over the course of these last years, steadily increased to have three servers and one of their flex drives which I maxed out. They will provide recommendations on what you should get and have never tried to over sell me to have wasted space just sitting around. I have recommended their company to many of my friends who want to get into creating/maintaining their own media library. It is a great starting point for those who have never done this before and are not sure what to get. Also great for those who don't want the expense & maintenance of housing their own library. I have grown my library to over 10,000 media items and, for me personally, it was time to house everything on my own NAS. I could not have made it to this point without them. Pete & Mr_Miagi are wonderful to work with and I could not thank them more! If I could give them more stars I would!:)
