Do not know if this company is legit. Tried numerous times to phone used various numbers left messages and never received a reply. Ordered product from tow sure and recruit within 2 days.

I've been emailing the company all week for a returns note to return a flimsy sun canopy that isn't fit for purpose but no-one will get back to me. I'm now chasing a refund via my bank but it wasn't cheap and I need to return it. Be very careful if you want to return anything and check the reviews of the products before you buy because what we were sent is a joke UPDATE Finally after leaving this review I received a very rude email from a Kevin Blake stating that I should just return to the address on the website. He refused to supply details of how to return or the return address which I finally discovered how to do so for myself. I then received another rude email stating I’d had the canopy for over a month which is untrue. I ordered on 04/07/26 and it took about 10 days to arrive. I then started emailing the company for a returns note on 02/08/26 as per the terms on their website but received no response until I left a bad review. I was unaware of staff holidays as this was not mentioned on the website. I stand by my review and am very doubtful that I will receive a full refund. This person’s needs to learn some basic customer service skills
