Really pleased with our Canadian Spa Manitoba
Update: It heated up from 20 to 37 in about 6 hours. IT IS AMAZING. Absolutely perfect. So chuffed with it. Bought the Manitoba earlier and it arrived today. Couldn't be happier so far. Build quality is excellent, and it's been a brilliant addition. The phone support has been fantastic too — spoke with two different Tonys on separate occasions , both knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful with our questions. Delivery was smooth and the team (Craig and another nice chap) who dropped it off were brilliant. Absoultely recommend company and this tub so far. Thank you.

I have many auto immune diseases which I why I chose to upgrade my hot tub to the grand rapids with the aromatherapy section to add on my healing. The first tub had troubles from the first day. Not filtering properly,i contacted the company and Paul was helpful i can't say different. He gave advise but still the tub continued to be at fault. When I put the tub back up this year I faced the same issues, again Paul was very helpful and ordered me a new unit to my relief. Unfortunately though ive faced the same issues with the new unit. I was using the correct filters sent along with the unit. I was told the this might be the issue, this 8s not the case. I was then advised the unit needs to meet the temptature to enable the filtering, this was also set to 37 degrees. The correct filtering setting. I also experienced the bubble buttons not functioning causing me to turn the unit off and turn back on. Unfortunately im not entitled to a refund at this point, which I understand. This review is against the product itself and not those who tried to help. I really wouldn't recommend this spa. Im now dismantling it and taking it to the tip and i will go back to buying lazyspa as I did before.

Very happy
Very happy! Great sauna and so going strong over a year later. Building it was pretty straightforward and delivery was on time. Only niggle is that the door seals are peeling but after contacting the Service team they sent me new ones for free straight away. Very happy indeed.

SAV et qualité du matériel déplorables
J'ai acheté un SPA auprès de cette compagnie. En moins de deux ans j'ai eu plusieurs problèmes : - éclairage défaillant au bout de quelques mois. Le support m'a renvoyé après de nombreux échanges et sans aucun suivi la pièce. Je tiens à souligner qu'ils m'ont proposé un réparateur pour le changer, je leur ai proposé de le changer moi-même grâce au tuto qu'ils m'avaient envoyé, ce qui leur a fait économisé une réparation... - bouton Bluetooth on/off qui reste coincé, le bluetooth reste donc allumé h24... A ce jour, après un an d'échange, je n'ai toujours pas cette pièce de rechange - une valve cascade qui est sortie de son socle après avoir lancé les jets. J'ai dû arrêter en urgence le jacuzzi. Le SAV a insinué dans un premier temps qu'il s'agissait des produits que j'utilisais (sous-entendu que je n'achetais pas chez eux leurs produits...), avant de considérer que c'était parce que j'avais tourné la valve de manière excessive (sous-entendu que la pièce de rechange est à mes frais...). Bref en moins de deux ans j'ai vu que la qualité du produit est déplorable et le SAV n'est pas à la hauteur. Ils sont prompts à répondre qu'ils vont traiter le problème, puis laisse moisir la situation malgré les nombreuses relances...

His knowledge, patience, and honest advice made what could have felt like a daunting purchase feel exciting and straightforward. Delivery and installation day exceeded all expectations. Craig and James were absolutely fantastic, professional, polite, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. They arrived on time, treated our property with respect, and nothing was too much trouble. You could tell immediately they took pride in their work and both highly experienced. What really stood out was how thorough they were. They carefully explained everything we needed to know, from setup and operation through to cleaning, maintenance, and ongoing care of both the sauna and hot tub. They took the time to ensure we felt confident using everything before they left and answered every question patiently. The attention to detail and customer care throughout the whole process has been outstanding. It’s rare these days to find a company where everyone genuinely cares about delivering a great customer experience, but Canadian Spa Company UK absolutely does. We are completely thrilled with our beautiful sauna and hot tub, they have transformed our garden into our own little wellness retreat, and we honestly can’t wait to enjoy them for years to come. A huge thank you to Tony, Craig, and the whole team. We would highly recommend Canadian Spa Company UK to anyone considering a hot tub or sauna, first class service from beginning to end.
