Fantastic! I recently bought some Wild Boar and Venison Stew (wet food) and some Insect kibble due to having two dogs with allergies and to make life a little bit trickier they’re both fussy eaters. The Wild Boar a Venison Stew smells that good I’m half tempted to try it myself. All four of my little dogs nailed it empty dishes at breakfast and tea. Never ever had a food so appealing. The fly biscuits were demolished too! You have to try this stuff! I’ve been a long time fan of Lilly’s Kitchen but I will be transitioning over for sure. It maybe a bit expensive and not in everyone’s budget but it’s worth every penny. Delivery is great too. Quality product great service it’s all you can ask. Well done

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. I ordered my usual dog food on the 15th July. Delivery’s are meant to arrive next day by DPD, however I received no email from DPD to say they were expecting or recieved my parcel. Delivery didn’t turn up. I telephoned Canagan and they told me it had arrived at the depot but then been sent back so they would send a replacement and I would receive it on Saturday. Saturday came and went, no delivery. I emailed Monday to ask what was going, they said they’d send out a second replacement and I’d receive it Tuesday. On Tuesday I messaged Canagan for tracking details as I hadn’t received anything at all from DPD, when I searched tracking it stated “as per request my delivery was moved to Wednesday”. At this point I’d thoroughly had enough and asked Canagan to cancel and process my refund. It’s now the 24th July and I still have not received my money back. So I’m currently 9 days on with no resolve. Absolutely terrible customer service and I will never use this company again or recommend them.

Canagan Light SENIOR!! Wer würde bei einem LIGHT-Futter erwarten dass "darunter Süsskartoffel" gemischt würden!! Siehe da! Ich sehe es als "Betrug" und manipulierte Beschreibung (erst wenn man alles liest) und das Futter gekauft hat! Das steht bei der Zusammensetzung "Beim Canagan Light Senior":Frisch zubereitetes Huhn aus Freilandhaltung (27 %), getrocknetes Huhn (27 %), Süßkartoffel, Kartoffel, Erbsen, Alfalfa, getrocknetes Ei (3 %), Hühnerfett (1,5 %), Hühnersoße (1,5 %), Mineralstoffe, Glucosamin (1.700 mg/kg), MSM (1.700 mg/kg), Chondroitinsulfat (1.200 mg/kg), Apfel, Karotte, Spinat, Psyllium, Seetang, Fructooligosaccharide, Kamille, Pfefferminze, Ringelblume, Preiselbeere, Anis und Bockshornklee. Analytische Bestandteile: Rohprotein 32 %, Rohfett 14 %, Rohfaser 3,5 %, Rohasche 10,5 %, Feuchtigkeit 8 %, Omega 6 2,5 %, Kalzium 2 %, Phosphor 1,4 %. Innerhalb der Canagan Linie können Sie jederzeit und problemlos die Sorten wechseln oder mischen. Nach dieser Erfahrung "würde ich Canagan" light niemandem empfehlen wo der Hund sonst schon mit Uebergewicht kämpft!! Süsskartoffel "sind sehr günstig"....,! Also bessere Deklaration erwünscht und "*bitte"" das LIGHT"" weglassen!! Ich habe das ganze kompostiert, resp. den ganzen Sack nachdem ich die Zusammensetzung genau durchgelesen habe!!

I bought this cat food even though the reviews were not exactly great. It is true that the pieces of chicken are cut very large; I have to cut them into smaller pieces myself after taking them out of the can. The quality of the chicken must be poor because I also feed my cats Untamed cat food, and they devour it. With Cangan, however, they hesitate. They lick it, then stop eating it, and I eventually have to throw it away, which is a shame because it’s a waste of money. Today I opened a chicken and salmon can, and there was no salmon in it at all—just chicken. It’s not exactly a cheap cat food, so you do expect to get what you’re paying for. I think I’ll stick with Untamed. I wish my cats and I liked this food, but unfortunately, we don’t hence the 2 stars. I won’t remove it completely from their menu just in case anything changes and they will start liking it.
