I am located in the United States and was concerned about the Tariff exemption lifting. The Canyon Store rapidly ships my order before the deadline. I have bought a lot of gear from them over the years they are a fantastic store with great prices and great service. Very trustworthy!!

Poor Customer service communications
Received item on time,however at the time of collection been told to pay £55 customs fees. I would have reconsider my purchase if I knew I had to pay customs fees on top of the delivery charges, there is no information about customs fee at the time of purchase. Canyonstore after sale is sucks,they don't accept return unless faulty or wrong size. I think people who buy for first time like me! And have no time to read FAQ. Should know an expensive customs duties are involved so they can think twice before the purchase.
