I paid for a yearly CapCut subscription…
I paid for a yearly CapCut subscription through the Apple App Store, and my subscription is valid until January 27, 2027. However, I have been unable to use the service for about a month. I suddenly lost access to my paid account, and every time I try to log in, CapCut shows me a random account that is not mine and asks me to purchase another yearly subscription, even though I have already paid. I have contacted CapCut support repeatedly for weeks and submitted their support forms multiple times. I keep receiving the same automated responses telling me to fill out another form, but no one actually resolves the problem or restores access to my account. I have provided screenshots and explained the situation over and over again. I use CapCut for my business, so losing access to a service I already paid for has caused a serious inconvenience. I finally contacted Apple and requested a refund because CapCut has failed to provide the prepaid service. Apple could not refund the older transaction and advised me to contact my bank regarding a dispute. This is completely unacceptable customer service. Customers should not have to spend weeks chasing support just to access a subscription they have already paid for. I paid for service through January 2027, yet CapCut has effectively locked me out and wants me to pay again. I would not recommend purchasing a yearly subscription unless CapCut significantly improves its customer support and account recovery process.

This app is fraud This app is fraud. I used it paid £21+ for SUB. AI is broken could not even complete the simplest request. Cannot see the outcome until uses credit then its too late. There is no support, an AI generated email reply. After replying to the email admin@ mail capcut com they have either blocked me or taken down the email. AVIOD and most certainly DO NOT PAY. I will be reporting this to my bank in the morning.

Months of Support Emails With No Answers
I subscribed to CapCut Pro expecting a reliable platform, but my experience has been incredibly frustrating. After installing a CapCut app update that the app itself prompted me to install, multiple projects simply disappeared. I did not uninstall the app, clear the cache, switch devices, or delete anything. One moment my projects were there, and immediately after the update they were gone. I contacted support the same day. That was months ago. Since then, I have sent dozens of emails, screenshots, timelines, asset IDs, my UID, payment information, and every piece of information they requested. Every time I comply, they ask for more information or send me the exact same generic troubleshooting email I had already responded to. The most frustrating part is that they never answer the questions I actually ask: * Why did my projects disappear after a CapCut update? * Can they be restored? * If not, will the credits I spent creating them be refunded? * What did their investigation conclude? Those questions have never been answered. Instead, I repeatedly receive instructions about reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, switching Wi-Fi networks, or deleting projects—none of which apply to what happened. On top of that, I have lost credits on failed AI generations and templates that did not produce the advertised results. Support either ignores those issues or starts another email thread asking for information I have already provided multiple times. After months of emails, I still have no answers, no restoration of my missing projects, and no meaningful resolution. CapCut has impressive features when they work, but if something goes wrong, don’t expect support to investigate your case or answer your questions. Based on my experience, you’ll spend months repeating yourself while receiving the same automated responses over and over again.
