I've thought a lot about my review… I'm 100% impressed
I've thought a lot about my review here. There have been some problems with my order, a FC26 Evolution Upgrade Metal / Large (56cm x 37cm). The first arrived bent, the Post Office admitted it was their fault as they damaged it. CardsPlug no problem we will send a replacement. I've also had an issue attaching the large metal card to the wall. CardsPlug, no problem, we will send you another bracket. Now, with both issues, I can't say I was my best self on my email complaints. CardsPlug, professional and polite every time. You simply don't get customer service like that from many companies anymore. These guys are great, Are they a little expensive, maybe, are they worth the money? 100%, the look on my son's face AND their amazing customer service makes me 100% sure to be a returning customer. Thank you CardsPlug.

Great experience overall, the website is clear and easy to use. The communication was great regarding delivery and my son was delighted with it, excellent quality 😊

3 deliveries and still not right
3 deliveries and still not what I ordered. Card delivered without the luxury gift packaging ordered. I will say that the card itself was decent enough quality. Contacted customer service who sent out the box which arrived promptly… and didn’t fit the card I’d ordered. New box was sent and still didn’t fit. Was told this box fits multiple cards so should fit, sent multiple videos and photos to show this wasn’t the case. Did they resolve the issue? Nope. They said they wouldn’t be able to sort it out. And I would have to send it back to get a refund. Have they sent me an address, have they paid postage or anything? Nope. Have I heard anything since they told me that I would need to do this? Nope. And in the process of attempting to squeeze the card into packaging that they insisted was suitable, the card has now gotten chipped

Really good quality and the mounting…
Really good quality and the mounting brackets were good ensuring the card fits flush to my son’s wall. My son absolutely loves the card!
