Eine sehr schlechte Firma und Betrüger.
Eine sehr schlechte Firma die Patienten voll ausnutzen bei ihre Krankheit. Diese Betrüger haben dass 20 Fache von mir verlangt und am ende haben die mich verarscht vier Infusione mir verpasst die nicht ausser Schmerzmittel und Temperatur senker beinhalten. Besteelt sie NIEMALS zu euch

Terrible experience!
I read the other reviews after using Care24, and I see my experience was very similar to what others have had. I asked about the cost of a test that is advertised on their website, which is AED199. Knowing how things happen in the region, I specifically asked if that was the total cost. I was not expecting a doctor and a nurse to arrive on my doorstep to conduct the test, which was absolutely not necessary. I soon realised that the whole object of the exercise was to sell me up into a batch of other tests. The doctor also told me that the test I had asked for would not actually give me a good understanding of what was wrong with me and that only by having another test added, another AED499, could she give me a diagnosis. She also drew up another list of tests that she felt I should have that totalled close to AED5000. I must say that at this stage I wanted to ask them to leave, as this is not my first rodeo with people who operate like this. I have, however, not been well for a while, so I agreed to the additional AED499 in addition to the AED199. I got my first batch of results on Tuesday - just a laboratory report sent to me on WhatsApp - no explanation at all. On the report, there are figures in red which obviously indicate something is not within the normal range. I received the 2nd report in the same way, this time with a line - there are some variations in the results, and let us know if you would like to book a follow-up consultation with the doctor. Sure, what will that cost, and how is a short explanation, either in writing or by phone from the doctor, not included? I have never had any tests done where I have just received the laboratory report with no explanation at all. When I went back to the WhatsApp conversation with Care24, I realised that my earlier communication with them had been deleted. I do not recommend Care24 at all; my experience was terrible.

Utterly disgusting - 100% SCAM - These people should be ashamed of themselves and more so the Dubai Health Association should close this company with immediate affect - its terrible that this exists in such a safe country.

Read every word before booking
I found this company on Google while looking for a home visit doctor for ear pain. Before booking, I explicitly asked via WhatsApp: “Does the 250 AED fee include the ear cleaning?” Their answer: “Yes, absolutely included.” So I booked. First visit. The doctor arrives, prepares everything for the cleaning — medication in my ear, tools ready — and only at that exact moment informs me that the ear cleaning costs an extra 799 AED on top of the 250 AED we had agreed on in writing via WhatsApp. I refused. She proceeded with the cleaning anyway, then prescribed me CiproBay HC Otic ear drops. My condition worsened significantly over the following 24 hours. Second visit. I contacted them again the next day as my pain had increased. They insisted on another in-person visit. I confirmed the price beforehand — 250 AED consultation. A different ENT doctor arrived. She examined both ears, described my situation as extremely serious and urgent, and stated the infection would spread from my ears to my throat and then to my lungs. She then presented the following quote: • Antibiotic: 750 AED • Pain relief: 750 AED • Antihistamine: 750 AED • Anti-inflammatory: 750 AED • Ear cleaning: 799 AED • Bacterial culture from ear sample: 950 AED • Respiratory panel: 2,999 AED Total: approximately 7,750 AED. For an ear infection. The respiratory panel alone — 2,999 AED — was presented as urgent and necessary for what was an ear canal inflammation. When I declined every item on the list, the doctor stopped the examination and issued no prescription whatsoever. The visit ended immediately upon my refusal to purchase any services. The outcome. I contacted my physician remotely, who prescribed Augmentin — a standard oral antibiotic available at any pharmacy. Within 12 hours of the first dose my symptoms improved significantly. Within 48 hours I had fully recovered. My observation. I work professionally in marketing and sales. The pricing structure, the timing of undisclosed costs, the urgency framing, and the immediate disengagement upon refusal are recognizable patterns. I will let readers draw their own conclusions. I paid 500 AED across two visits and received no effective treatment from either. Check the other reviews on this page — the experiences described are remarkably consistent with mine.
