Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Nothing at all. Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich: You are now monitored too much and have no freedom at all. The management is fed from A-Z. They can have whatever they want in addition to their lavish salaries and burn endless amounts of money while normal employees get nothing. This massive inequality is not evened out by free fruit and free drinks. Verbesserungsvorschläge: You should bring the company back to where it was before August 2021 and throw away all these new and oh so great 'improvements'. In fact, things have gotten much worse. Even the bonus has dropped from 13% to 10% then 9%. It pains me to see how a once great company has changed so badly, owing to US investment firm Hellman and Friedman. The company is now characterized by pure capitalism. There is a lack of humanity and appreciation. 'Saving for the investor' is the new motto. The company has grown because the employees used to be valued, had a say and therefore made a lot of effort. You received real bonus payments and there were team events that you were looking forward to. Nowadays only the highest levels get bonuses and there are a few cheap team events for employees. The appreciation is completely absent.

Want to work in an atmosphere of fear?
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Zooplus was a good employer in the past - unfortunately that changed dramatically when the investors and the new management team took over. The business of zooplus is running well but the employees are not profiting from it at all. It's literally a joke how the product prices have increased while the company don't care about an inflation compensation for the employees. Further there was recently a 20/70/10% HR model introduced which categorises a fixed percentage of 10% of all employees as underperformers. So even you are doing a good job you can get categorised as an underperformer. Welcome to an atmosphere of fear! Further this categorisation will influence your salary which make it even more unfair. This categorisation was also done for the last year from upper management level which not always knows what you are doing. Sorry, that is not fair and transparent at all! If you want to know more about this controversial HR model, please check the articles "Vitality curve" in Wikipedia and "Why Jack Welch's 10% Rule is 100% Ridiculous" from Artisan. To keep it short: This approach is outdated and not human-centered at all. Besides that - colleagues and the tasks are great. But why did you start demotivating your employees?

Tolle Kollegen - wenig Entwicklung!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Kollegen in der Abteilung waren alle super, auch Vorgesetztenverhalten war hier top! Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich: HR-Abteilung behandelt Mitarbeiter von oben herab, total unprofessionell und keine Lust auf Probleme einzugehen und schlechte Kommunikation. Das Problem soll aber seit kurzen nicht mehr bei Zooplus tätig sein, wahrscheinlich wurden Konsequenzen gezogen! Verbesserungsvorschläge: Gerechtere Gehälter, gewisse Abteilungen bekommen für das Delegieren viel Geld für wenig Arbeit. Unsere Abteilung bekommt eine Hohe Arbeitslast, ist aber am unteren Ende der Gehaltsspanne!
