Do not buy a radio from this website!
Do not buy a radio from this website!! Purchased a Radio that is not compatible with my son’s car. Sent multiple emails, contact via social media method/whats app and heard nothing with regards to a full refund. Spent wasted hours and extra money getting independent people to see if this radio will fully work… totally miss sold product, not fit for purpose.

Avoid at all costs
Ordered a CarPlay screen in October and they sent me the wrong leads to work with my car and I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved 9 months later .Customer service keep saying they will get back to me but never do Absolutely terrible service

A little foreshadowing on this companies customer service
Bought a full CarPlay system took 3 weeks to come, ended up being the wrong one took a further couple of weeks to recieve a response on my emails regarding it. Was told I was going to be sent a brand new system correctly fitted for my car, didn’t hear anything else for a further 2 months. Randomly with no prior notice found a CarPlay system in an unlabelled plastic package once again it was the wrong one. Contacted CarPlay diy again took another 2 weeks for a response. Another week later and I still have not heard anything. I have been emailing and contacting them continuously during the entire time period mentioned above. So no not a great experience.

Dishonest company so stay away
Dishonest company so stay away! Took over 6 weeks to deliver and failed to provide either instructions for installation or the tools needed as promised so I am €310 worse off with a system which remains in its box! Inconsistent in answering emails and now not answering at all and use the excuse "mitigating to new systems" to cover up their incompetence ......... please don't give them your money as I can assure you you will be left very disappointed.
