Still on the fence with CASETiFY……
I only recently decided to give CASETiFY a chance as I’ve been loyal to Speck since the first iPhone. I like the quality of the products and the vast selection. I’ve not dropped any devices so I can’t attest to their protective abilities. Fast processing and shipping out. Actual travel time is by air, direct from China and is within the given window. It seems that all the cases are print on demand. Now all that being said, I HATE a few things. First, if something is sold out - remove it from the site & app. Second, proofread your website better - I’ve found things showing available but when I click through it’s sold out. Third, make enough supply that EVERYONE has a fair chance to purchase. The markup for private resellers on eBay (for example) is absolutely ridiculous. Fourth, you allow people to mass purchase newly released items and then there’s not enough to go around. Either give a max allowance per item or make enough for everyone because those people are the ones overinflating the prices and ruining things for everyone. Fifth, allow LEGITIMATE REGISTERED businesses the opportunity to purchase at wholesale to resell legally and with price matching that is STRICTLY FIXED. Six, open a store in Toronto - the fourth largest city in North America. Seventh, respond to your emails. I sent emails for more information when I was ready to make my first purchase but never got a reply. Ok that’s my review…..for now.
