Genau so sollte es sein
Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Complete rip off after takeover
Complete rip off after they were taken over by rover. Just paid 80p for 3 days. Also suddenly charge per cat? What is that about. as if it takes that much more time to feed two cats. I used catinaflat for 3 years and booked multiple sitters through it. I will make sure to take my business elsewhere.

I’m currently having a nightmare holiday
I’m currently having a nightmare holiday because of this company and their non existent customer service. The sitter that was supposed to watch my cat turned out to be a crazy person that even after I asked her to bring my keys back and confirm she did it as I managed to find some friends to take over she verbally abused me and refused to tell me if she’s returned the keys or where she left them. Cat in a flat were contacted from day 1 were now on day 3 and all I’ve had from them was an email saying we take this seriously, someone will be in touch. Guess what no one has been in touch, the don’t have a phone number and that crazy person can roam free in and out my house. I’m worried for my cat’s safety and they are nowhere to be seen. Avoid at all cost!!! *Update 5 days after first contacting them- and continuing to do so every day. No resolution, no cancellation, no refund and sitter is free to be booked by other unsuspecting families. Well done Cat in a Flat!

The app is the worst app I have ever…
The app is the worst app I have ever came across, i physically cannot use it as my number, my partners number and my family’s numbers all have “been used too many times and cannot verify it”. The fact that you need to verify a number in order to use it but it doesn’t let you means I simply cannot use the service, they have no way to contact them to get it sorted and the help centre is absolutely useless
