Shocking
Bought a ROG Oled monitor from them last year. 1 year later and it develops sudden severe image retention. I go to do an RMA on ASUS's website only to find my invoice has one serial number, the box has a different one, the monitor itself has a sticker with a serial matching the invoice but beneath that is a DIFFERENT serial from the other two. Rung them and they asked for an email with photos, then just completely ignore anything. So now stuck with a £400 monitor that decides when it want's to work or not. GG

Nvidia RTX pro 4500
I ordered a Nvidia RTX pro 4500 gpu, during the processing of my order they increased the price by £2000. After chasing for 10 days they have now informed me that they are cancelling my order. An example or corporate greed over customer service.

Ordered a motherboard that arrived late…
Ordered a motherboard that arrived late my pc expert fitted it and found the board was completely dead why wasn't it tested beforehand and to top it off you wanted photos and video evidence and no replies to my emails update I've sent photos and a video and now won't except it back unless my engineer takes loads of different angle photos it's faulty no amount of photos will change the situation will never use this company again in response to your reply you stated that we bent the cpu pins however we did not and if I don't get a replacement I will take this further as I see other people have had issues with yourselves

Terrible. Ordered a 24” monitor that was supposed to arrive on Friday. It didn't arrive and had no communication from CCL to say why. Called them on Saturday morning and they said they’d been expecting stock but it hadn’t arrived. I wasn't even aware they didn't have it in stock. I never order goods from companies unless they are in stock. I asked them what they did have in stock and was told another brand which was the same price and ready to go. I ordered that. Got no tracking number through by Tuesday so I called them again and was told that isn’t in stock either! Unbelievable. Cancelled and will never use these dishonest jokers again.
