Brought a game key that didn't work for £13.99 after 3days of emails to them they offered me £2 game credit don't buy from them plenty of other key sites really poor customer service

I usually buy call of duty coins on this site but this last time code said it went through and nothing asked for a refund and they keep saying it’s for Call of duty that’s what I play but not for war zone I don’t play warzone and told CDKEYS but they keep saying the same thing not Refunding my money so you lost a good customer Don’t waste your money they won’t refund your money keep saying things that don’t make sense so they don’t have to pay you back

"instant delivery"
Normally very good service but as time has gone on this has changed. I bought a copy of Borderlands 4 on 11th September at 9PM it being the pre-order edition I was under the impression I would receive the key so I was able to download the game early and then play at midnight (as I am on console). This was not the case as I was meet with a message saying "Available 12th September" which was odd as my friend had purchased this exact same edition 4 hours prior to me. Reaching out to support they provided a link to a page on their website showing all the time zones releases. I thought sure I can wait till the 12th. When it got there I still didn't have my key. Contacting support they gave the same 'response' about keys in waves and I'll get it on the 12th (even tho it was). 9 and a half hours on from when I bought the key from them I still haven't received my key (so much for "instant delivery") which with everything that's gone on has lead me to believe they are selling game keys before they even have them. Which is a disgusting practice as, you guessed it, they have taken payment in full before they even had the product they were selling me. Unbelievably disappointing service.
