Habe Bezahlt und habe keinen Key erhalten Support antwortet nicht. Auch nicht auf die Erstattungsanfrage. Lächerlich! Warte seit einer Woche.

Disappointing Service
While the website is set up nicely and the deals are fair, the service left something to be desired. I ordered TES V: Skyrim Legendary Edition. It has been 4 full days, and I haven't received my code. I have also sent multiple messages to the company without any responses. This experience has been very disappointing. There isn't even an option to cancel or refund the order while it is still "in process." So if they don't respond to me soon, I am screwed out of my money. I don't even think I would be this mad if they were honest about the wait time, but their website clearly states that the reported average wait is 2 hours, and one day if they are exceedingly busy. If I would've been told at the start that I can get a great deal, but have to wait a week, I would have accepted that gladly.

Dissapointing
I bought a Dark Souls 2 Scholar of The Frist Sin key on the 28th of March, it's been 3 days and still nothing. I sent them emails, I asked on their facebook and twitter why it's taking so long to get my key but no reply. And i'm not the only one, there's a guy that also sent them a message on facebook and he said that he has been waiting for a week and still didn't get his key...And some other that have been waiting for 2 or 3 days just like me. So, terrible customer service obviously and I don't even know if i'm ever gonna get my key. Edit: I finaly received my key, after 4 days, i'm still angry that it took that much time but at least I got the key. But they really need to improve their customer service and send the keys faster.
