Serious Dental Problems After €5,500+ Treatment – Still Waiting for a Resolution
I travelled to Istanbul for extensive dental treatment at CevreDent Clinic in April 2024 and returned again in June 2025 after experiencing problems with the original work. I paid more than €5,500 for approximately 24 zirconium restorations/crowns and implant treatment. After the first treatment, I experienced significant pain, gaps between teeth and an uneven aesthetic result. When I returned in 2025 to complain, the clinic agreed to replace approximately 16 upper zirconium restorations. Unfortunately, after the second treatment, my situation became worse. I have had repeated problems with a large bridge becoming loose/decemented, and I later sought independent dental evaluation in Madrid. The independent report and radiographic examination identified several concerns, including technical deficiencies in previous root canal treatments, damage to tooth 11, bone loss in the area of teeth 11 and 21, and insufficient remaining tooth structure affecting the retention and stability of the restorations. I have now been given an estimate of €980 for only part of the immediate corrective treatment, and further prosthetic treatment may still be required. I have formally contacted CevreDent and requested: * my complete dental and medical records; * all X-rays and CBCT files * implant information; * treatment plans and consent documents; * invoices and payment records * details of the dentists who treated me * and a full refund of the more than €5,500 I paid, together with documented corrective treatment, travel and accommodation costs. I have also submitted a formal complaint to the Turkish Ministry of Health. At the time of writing this review, I have not received a substantive response from CevreDent regarding my complaint, requested documentation or refund. I am sharing my experience because I believe patients considering major dental treatment abroad should carefully document everything, ask for complete records and invoices, and obtain an independent opinion if problems arise. I will update this review if CevreDent responds and resolves the matter fairly.

I had a full set of crowns to upper and…
I had a full set of crowns to upper and lower teeth at CevreDent and I have to say I am so happy with the result. The whole process took 6 days including root canal and fillings replaced. I was very well looked after and although I am nervous about going to dentist but felt totally at ease. Thank you.

Came here for all on 6 treatment and some crowns and implants on bottom teeth. Joseph was incredible with communication from start to finish. I’ve just completed my first visit and got my temporary teeth. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone at the clinic, Almila, fatos and the rest of the team went out of their way to make every second I was here comfortable. I cannot recommend Cevredent highly enough.

Just need to say how wonderful…
Just need to say how wonderful CevreDent have been. I was a little nervous when i first got there but all the staff were amazing, the doctors were nothing short of fantastic and my doctors at least have put the dentists I know back in England to shame. Very professional and dedicated. I am only half way through the procedure but so far I have to say my experience has been very positive and yes I would 100% recommend, and have done to a friend who is now saving up for next year. Fatosh who is the co-ordinator is very nice and a pleasure to deal with making your experience more relaxing. Joseph was brilliant and has kept in touch since I have arrived home and carried on helping me.
