I am extremely angry at Change Invest
Avoid like the plague! I bought cryptos on their platform, at the time some cryptos like ChainLINK could not be exported from their platform so I exported what could be exported to external wallets and keep the unmovable ones on their platform, with the purpose of riding the low and quiet times, waiting for prices to raise again to start trading again. BIG MISTAKE! Then these pirates at Change Invest changed their Terms and Conditions through the back door, no warnings, buried and hidden between pages of legalese they justified themselves the right to start sell my -low valued- LINK at the tune of €20 month. So they sold my LINK at the worst possible time, when prices were down. Before they could sell it all I found out by accident what piracy they were doing, immediately I sold all LINK to BTC to be able to export my assets from Change Invest. I lost a fair amount of at the time extremely low valued LINK. I vow to never ever use this platform again, and warn everybody about them! The cherry on top: After that they contacted me and demanded from me that I have to give them detail explanations what I had done with the cryptos I bought on their platform, no privacy. No other crypto platform has ever asked me that. It is nobody's business what I do with my crypto funds. Another reason to avoid this platform.

Awful app
Awful app, 20eur monthly inactivity fee, almost impossible to make transactions as wallet verification process is consistently bugged or unavailable, customer support is non-existent or AI, I waited 2 hours to get human assistant without any answer and then some AI apology:D. Just a terrible product, stay away.

Stealing your funds
Initially it was a good app, but later they started taking funds from our wallets masking it as a inactivity "service fee". No warning, nothing. I lost 150 Euro to these thieves. If you dont have fiat, they will sell your crypto automatically! Edit: leaving aside the fact that charging 'inactivity fee' of 50 euro is at least shady, sending some random email saying that you are updating your 100-page long T&C is not the same thing as clearly notifying your customers that you will take their funds from their account!

My honest advice to anyone…
My honest advice to anyone considering to create an account on ChangeInvest: RUN AWAY!!! This is the worst company related to finance/investing I ever hit! We bought crypto back in 2021 - SOL, DOT, ADA. It was not possible to withdraw any of these, so we kept them on ChangeInvest (even though there were promises that in the future it would be possible). That was a huge, huge mistake! In 2023 or so they introduced "Passive Account Maintenance Fee" and sold all our crypto we had there - charging 20 EUR MONTHLY!!! All our crypto is gone now, they stole everything!!! I hope they will go bankrupt to stop stealing from people!!! Never had such a bad experience elsewhere!
