Peters v. Checkout.com — Case No. 2026-CFP-00004 I am the complainant in Peters v. Checkout.com, Case No. 2026-CFP-00004, currently pending before the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Administrative Law Judges. According to the August 10, 2026 order, OSHA dismissed my original complaint on February 25, 2026. I appealed, and the OALJ docketed the case on March 24, 2026. Administrative Law Judge Heather C. Leslie was assigned on July 7, and I filed my Pleading Complaint on July 30. Checkout.com requested additional time to respond. Judge Leslie granted that request and noted that Checkout intends to challenge my standing under 12 U.S.C. § 5567. The order also expressly states: “Discovery will continue and is ongoing.” Checkout.com’s Complaint Response is due on or before August 27, 2026, and I will be afforded time to oppose its anticipated standing challenge. Absolute rubbish
Accepted the conditions to pay for train service in Portugal (CP) but it just doesn't work. Had to accept verification code 2 times but with no confirmation on payments made and now I can't remove the auto payment terms from the CP website.... Absolute rubbish

Website boasts don't quite deliver.
This was hands down the most complicated part of signing up to a food delivery app! If you Google Checkout.com one of its "many" boasts is that it can "check you out" and give you the thumbs up to hit the road in 180 seconds. Um, when I enquired I was quoted 24 to 48 hours. They don't quite deliver on what their website promises. For any new users trying as I did to sign up, I had to use a 2nd device to log in and complete the requirements after trying at least 8 times.

Absolute scam take money and send you fake copy or what you bought and it probably cost 2 pounds and doesn't work and you cant contact them...100% scammers..
