Disgusting customer service
I ordered 3 kits and a training kit for me and my son. My son ordered the away kit with Joao Pedro. The day after I made the order, Joao Pedro changed his number from 20 to 9. I selected Joao Pedro from the options on Chelseas homepage, I didnt write Joao Pedro og the number myself. The shirt wasnt produced or sent yet. The shirt was sent the following day. I fully expected that of course they inform their handlers about the number change, but that was obviously too much to ask for. My son received his shirt and unfortunatly it was with number 20 and not the new number 9, because common sense was on vacation. I then called customer service and they informed me that their wasnt anything to do about it. It isnt the first time in history that a player has got a new number, the clubs always exchange the shirts for a shirt with the right number. But not Chelsea, they dont care about the fans. I have been a Chelsea fan for 30 years and my son is born into Chelsea, the club doesnt think about I would have bought many kits in the future. They have now made sure that I will not buy a Chelsea kit again. I will always be a Chelsea fan but I will never buy a shirt again, after this disgusting customer service. My order was on 347 pounds, and its the last money I have spent on them.

Neither the website or app work…
Neither the website or app work properly. I am constantly given 503 errors or just randomly sent back to the page I was on before. I tried for 40 minutes to pay to watch the pre season friendly today and I could never get to the payment page. Both through the browser or the app. It always either lead to a 503 or timed out. I even tried turning on a VPN. How can you spend hundreds of millions on crap players and your website is still this awful?366

The suede broke in nicely
My first walk in the brown suede chelsea boots was only around the block because the heel felt frim. By the third wear that pressure had mostly disappeared, and the elastic sided made them easy to pull on before work. The toe is narrow enough to look tidy without squeesing my feet. I brushed off one rain mark after getting caugh outside, so they do need a little care. They have become my usual pair with dark jeans.

Misleading tactics
After waiting on hold on the phone for 30 minutes, the advisor refused to help. Chelsea Megastore uses promotion rules to trick customers. The website has a free UK delivery for everyone, but when I tried to use my birthday discount code, the checkout system removes the free shipping. Forcing me to choose between my "birthday gift" and a public offer that everyone else gets for free feels entirely deceptive. A birthday gift should be an extra reward, not a tool to lure customers into a trap.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Avoid this place. Ordered a voucher for a family member to be delivered via email. Nothing was sent and it was impossible to get in contact despite emails and online forms. The contact number goes to an automated message saying customer services is closed!!
