I had a sensor housing / thermostat…

I had a sensor housing / thermostat replaced on 6 August. I talked with them and they told me the slow warm up is normal. It takes 40 minutes to get to normal range. I know that’s not normal. My truck is a 2017 Chevy Colorado.

2021 Siverado 2500HD - 47,000 km

My 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 has 47000 km on it. The air conditioning condenser is cracked so I had it replaced for 1500. Upon completing the repair, they tell me i need a new compressor. Another 1500 and at least a ten day wait. 3000 for air conditioning repairs on a near new vehicle. I expect better from a company that is 114 years old and has received 10.8 BILLION dollars in "bail out" money from the Canadian government. Chevrolet is deceitful and incompetent. Their vehicles are a liability and a huge expense to own.

I had a wreck in a 2018 Chevy Cruze

I had a wreck in a 2018 Chevy Cruze. The air bags did way more damage to my whole body then the wreck did. I don't know why Chevy thought it would be a good idea to put airbags down by your feet I have never in my life had a car that had that and when that wreck happened it tore up both of my legs and my feet. Also the seatbelts went into lock mode and I almost had to cut myself out of it. I am bruised pretty much from head to toe especially on my chest from the seat belts locking and the airbags deploying like they did especially the one down on the floor by my feet. I do not recommend those cars at all anymore. The airbags are dangerous and so are the seatbelts. I have pictures from the day of the wreck of my injuries and I just took some again tonight I believe it's been about 4 or 5 days ago since that wreck and I'm still completely bruised up and my ribs completely hurt. Thanks Chevy I trusted you with my complete safety and you let me down

Clickbait By Chevrolet on Social Media.

Sharing my experience of lack of concern. Bought a 2026 silverado. From dealership. Bad deal. Selling used vehicles as new. Without discounts. Seen a add posted on Social Media. Replied it was wrong. Chevrolet made a response. Stating sorry for your experience, these are things we dont like to hear. Saying kindly reply and it would be looked into. Leaving me total embarrassed. When trying to respond. There is noway, its a run around. The whole deal feels like false advertisement. Clickbait on Social Media. Also will add the dealership was Chevrolet of Merriville Indiana purchase made June 29th 2026.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SERVICE…

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SERVICE CENTER- MANAGER IS RUDE AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE AFTER PURCHASED- So my husband purchased a vehicle from Ciocca Chevrolet of York, PA and our sales team was top notch. So we assumed their service department was the same. It was not. I have a 2025 Buick Envista with 22,000 miles on it and paint is chipping off in LARGE areas all the way to primer. I reached out to them and they said bring your car in, it sounds like a warranty issue (if you Google my car and my specific color; you can see there is issues on how paint was applied). So UPSET I drove an hour and 20 minutes to sit there for 5 minutes for them to tell me that there's nothing they can do about my paint that is chipping off my car in chunks all the way to primer. Then the condescending manager decided to MANSPLAIN to me that it was not a warranty issue, it was my driving. That all cars do this. I explained that i have owned cars for 40 years and have never had paint chip off any vehicle I owned . He proceeded to tell me his Mercedes (pretty sure that's the make) had to be repainted, when I asked him what the age of his vehicle was he told me that it was like 16 years old. Now, I could order a bra, get it repainted with some high end topcoat, etc. I stated my car had 22,000 miles on it and I couldn't understand why I have never purchased any of these other items for my vehicles and I need to for this one that's brand new? And he just said that I was very lucky and why do you think they make all these options for vehicles. I said what about the roof and the side of my car and when you open up the doors it's chipping? When I questioned him about taking my car through the brand new car wash and saying that every time I take it there more paint chips off he told me I should hand wash my car to avoid that. He didn't care one bit. Fast forward a week and me thinking how wrong this guy was so I made an appointment with Kysha at Len Stoler Chevrolet and Buick of Owings Mills. What a completely different experience. The moment I walked in the person who checked me in realized what a hot mess my car was. He went and got the service manager who came out and was appalled at the way my car looked she was embarrassed that my car was chipping off paint the way it was she apologized profusely. She then went and got the manager of the body shop they took about 25 pictures put it in for a warranty and guess what my warranty was approved. Now if I would have listened to the first manager in Red Lion I would be driving around with a car that is going to rust because the paint chips are huge and they are all over my car. The photos show paint chips when I took it in, there are about 20 more places since I took it to this dealership service center.
