Beware of shady practices

Was assigned 3 different boosters. The first one lost me significantly more games than he lost. The next one was not remotely available in the same time period despite me specifying that multiple times in detail. I had to get a new one which meant waiting for a pretty significant amount of time for me. The final one lost one game and despite not throwing, being toxic, or intentionally feeding/trolling told me it would shorten my boost. Asked for a (partial, despite losing more lp than I gained from the run) refund, he agreed. 2 months later refund hasn't shown up. Cant get ahold of anyone. Guess I'll have to bother my card with a chargeback

Waited months for a refund that never happened

Waited the 30 days for my refund to show and it never happened. Checking my credit card statement at the end of the year I still see no refund issued. They are scammers, never provided the service and never refunded the money and of course no one got back to me when I wrote my experience here nor through chat when I tried to contact. Stay away from these ''boosters''

Customer Service is TOTALY ON POINT. I reached them on Discord and they took care of my needs. Also I have been affected to a very good Booster whose nickname is "Eruka", he have been definely doing SUPER GOOD JOB. Would recommand this website.

After I bought a boost I had a…

After I bought a boost I had a permaban. The booster played in 4 days, 18 games and after those 18 games no more games were played. I contacted the live chat and was asked if they could have my information again so they could log in themselves. I said this is not a good idea because I will get another IP login. The booster had not used a VPN which should have been according to the website. Therefore I suggested to use Gilqamesh (Discord: Gilqamesh #5405) to share my screen on Discord. After he saw all the details and I clicked on all the things he wanted to see me click, he came up with the excuse that nothing can be done about it if I don't give my information again with username and password. I said I didn't want to do this because there was credit card information available in an older ticket. The website explicitly states: After you order you will be able to choose the closest location to where you live to make sure your account is safe. We have a 0% ban ratio for account sharing since 2018 and we are constantly looking to improve our anti-detection practices. If your accounts get banned due to our fault we will provide you with account of similar quality. This warranty includes flaming, afk bans and account sharing bans if we changed your summoner spells or used wrong VPN location. So I did get a ban because no VPN was used. Also, no compensation was given because the no VPN was used. This is fraud and scamming.

The order was already finished, customer contacted us 1 day after that saying that they had a suspension on their account until 2023 October. We couldn't investigate the issue further since the customer didn't provide us with their new logins to the account therefore anything they shared via screen or screenshot could have been fraud and made up. As far as having credit card information in tickets (should have thought about that to begin with before they shared logins with us for the boost) that's highly unlikely since Riot would never ask for it, and there is no real reason to include them there and even if they are shared Riot explicitly blurs the information for this very reason which highly suggests that the customer is trying to scam us saying their account is worth 1k euro and we should be obliged to compensate somehow. To be eligible for compensation you have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the penalty actually occurred on your account, the only way to do that is to give us login details for your account which you have to do in the first place for us to complete the boost. There is no logical reason to not do it, especially if your account is worth 1000 euros. Rest assured that if you can prove that your account is in fact banned Chiboost will always fulfill our account warranty. On top of that, we haven't had a single ban for boosting in the last 2 years, boosting bans happen in waves not randomly 1 day after the order is finished:) Regards, Chiboost team
