Tracking is confusing, I should’ve called
It took forever, but they finally responded. The tracking information is horrendous. Next time I will just call. They take forever to respond, and then when they do respond, it doesn’t connect to any link. I couldn’t get a real tracking number, they wouldn’t tell me how it was being sent, it was very frustrating and very unprofessional. It came in. It’s beautiful, but I should’ve called! It’s half my fault.

First time customer. My partner picked a few options for engagement rings. The ability to browse without having to worry about click bate is a breath of fresh air. No ads or pushing you to do more. Very professional. I haven't received the ring yet. The final review will be on the quality and if the express mailing of the product is worth it. So far so good.

I ordered a light pink ring with heart…
I ordered a light pink ring with heart stones all around, the picture was pink, but when I received it, it was red. I contacted them and they said I ordered the red one, and all they can do if offer 30% off my next purchase, that it would be too expensive for me to send it back internationally? I thought they have a New York address. Plus the ring was too small, my jeweler measured the finger to be 6.25, this ring came 5.5. They still would not make it right. Disappointing service, product was very cheaply made, like costume jewelry for over $ 100. Not worth it. To follow up after my 1 star review, they offered a coupon for a free pink ring replacement, if I removed the 1 star review, I replied, once I receive the pink ring I will remove the review. They responded again and said now they would offer a 40% discount towards another ring. Forget it, not worth the hassle, most companies would have sent the correct ring, they still profit. I was happy to send the incorrect ring back to a US address, listed on the website, not the case. Apparently I'm not the only one that has experienced this need to return the product overseas.
