Horrendous company
Horrendous company! Clothing appears tacky and cheap when you receive it. The returns portal is not fit for purpose! You have to email them to actually get a return. Oh and you need to pay for your returns! And then once you've actually managed to get rid of the item back to them they don't pay you for the refund! They fob you off saying their accounts are playing up. That was 2 months ago and still no refund! This company needs to be shut down!

What has happened to the amazing brand…
What has happened to the amazing brand that was always my go to! Delivery now takes over a month. The email that they supply and have responded to in the past is now nolonger accessible. It's such a shame but also awful that loyal customers have been dealt with so poorly recently. A dress still hasn't turned up which was needed soon. Either want the dress to finally arrive or receive a refund ASAP.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. I returned two bridesmaid dresses in May and 3 months later, still waiting for the £183.00 refund. They repeatedly claimed there was an IT issue and eventually my emails were bounced back as undeliverable.

My experience is similar to what so many others have shared. Awful company that do not refund when you return items. The returns portal not working… the accounts department not working.. its all a front, they have no intention in refunding any money! I thought this was a reputable company, afraid not. Avoid!

Impossible to get the return label and refund
I ordered a dress but it didn't suit me so I wanted to return it. It took three emails and chatbot discussions to finally obtain the return address label which is shocking. Is waited for three weeks for my refund - I didn't receive notification that they'd received the dress. I emailed three times again and in the end had to report this to my bank as a failed refund. Definitely avoid buying from this company. Shocking customer service
