Bella is SO RUDE
I spoke to Bella who was SO RUDE. the wig wasn’t right and as soon as I wanted to return it she started being funny with me, making returns really difficult and then being horrible and sarcastic in her messages to me. I would completely avoid, they are nice when they want your money but if you’re not happy then they turn on you. The wigs look lovely but the caps don’t fit quite right and there’s a real synthetic smell. Such a shame their customer service is diabolical when you’re spending so much money

I was in contact with three employees
I was in contact with three employees: Emma, Vicky, and Mancy. Emma only replied very briefly, often in single words. Vicky was quite unfriendly and seemed eager to end the conversation quickly. Mancy was by far the nicest and most helpful, and I communicated with her the most. Unfortunately, individual customers are now required to order a minimum of three wigs at once. This feels excessive and risky, especially for first-time customers who are not yet familiar with the brand or product quality. I tried to negotiate, as single wigs were still sold until recently, but this is no longer an option. Additionally, the prices have increased significantly compared to what customers paid one or two years ago. I cannot tell whether I was quoted higher prices specifically. Overall, the communication felt unprofessional, which ultimately led me to decide against placing an order.

Choose wisely… do not make the mistake
This company can supply quality wigs, however it’s one of the most unprofessional. It’s almost as though you purchase at risk as there is no accountability. The customer service depends on who you get so do your research and choose wisely as you’ll receive no help from management. Jane is by far the worst, do not make the mistake of choosing her. She will waste your time, derail your orders and ultimately harm your business.

Qualität der Haare einfach super
Qualität der Haare einfach super. Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung hat alles super geklappt.. Da ich aus gesundheitlichen Gründen eine Perücke tragen muss, kann ich diese Firma mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
