Delivery without cigarettes
Ordered twice before and delivery and everything was perfect. Third order came in without cigarettes… Fully sealed package, so customs did not open it and i also did not receive a letter from customs. Cigstore.co just simply sent me a package without the cigarettes. Emailed James multiple times but he does not reply anymore. So it’s unfortunate but we won’t ever order again from this guy. Didn’t expect that but looks like they’re scamming customers with some orders

Stay away from this guy. Only after I received the tracking nr. did I realize that the product was being shipped from Russia. It took 3 months to get here after James having to reroute the delivery. Having lost faith that I would get my purchase, I asked him several times for a refund and I would return the goods. Of course he refused. Now, after the goods went thought customs, I received a notification from Customs that I would have to pay CHF 180.- for about EUR 230.- product cost. I immediately contacted James that I would not accept the product and that I was rejecting it and returning it, thus asking again for a refund. Of course he refused, saying amongst other things, that he would never get the product because he provided a fake address. Till today, I have never received my money back. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY! UPDATE RESPONSE: stop using insurance as an excuse. It has nothing to to do with the issues! Another hint!

Wanted to find Sobranie (the colorful ones) and checked out several shops comparing them using AI. these guys seemed trustworthy. I placed my order on Feb 15, and it arrived on March 6. Looks like the AI didnt lie.

My Favorite Cigarettes
My personal favorite cigarettes are on this website. I also love the packaging. The owner is very good with words at first I was very scared but he made me very calm about the whole process very reassuring person. I have recommended it to numerous friends as well. They are very good service and the only way to get nice cigarettes in Canada as I cannot smoke the garbage here.
